Amazing breakfast place. Our food came out quickly and the serving sizes were huge! Great amount of food for the price. The biscuits and gravy were amazing and the salsa that came with the breakfast burrito was super fresh. The sausage patties with the rise n grind platter were huge compared to even store bought ones. Would highly recommend stopping by for breakfast and eating outside for the view or inside for the cozy interior.
A very pleasant surprise for a cafe in an RV park. An excellent restaurant by any measure. Highly recommend!
Wonderful place to get a tasty breakfast. We had the pancakes and breakfast burrito( with bacon) they were very good! Highly recommend!! ❤️
By far the best experience I've had at a restaurant in Ouray. Incredibly nice staff and environment. Food was presented beautifully, cooked as requested, and was obviously very fresh. Sides are very inexpensive for what you get. Entrees are priced accordingly with other restaurants in the area, but quality is much higher. Wine selection is diverse and priced well. I honestly have not had a better meal in Colorado and will be recommending Ouray Cafe & Steakhouse to everyone.
The service was very kind. Thank-you!
The food was about what you'd expect at a bad diner or a breakfast buffet. Food came out pretty quickly, yet, the toast was cold, hash browns soggy and Luke warm...(forgotten on the plate, and brought out after the fact), scrambled eggs were brown and overcooked and barely warm. The bacon was perfectly cooked and delicious.
I rarely write bad reviews and it seemed like the cook was having a really flustered morning, so perhaps what I was served is not the norm. I have compassion and I worked in a coffee shop before...I know how it can be at peak, busy times, yet, I paid close to $20 for a barely edible breakfast.
I'd much rather wait longer for tasty, fresh, made-to-order, well-prepared food. It's unfortunately not what I received.
EDIT: The owner kindly offered to give me a credit for breakfast or dinner but I was leaving town. Super kind people over here.
