“Eating clean on the go can be difficult sometimes. I recently opened a new salon on Main St.... which is about 1 minute walk away from Embody. I don't always have time to pack a clean lunch or snacks, so it's nice to have Embody right down the street when I need something clean and fresh. Look, it's not cheap... but they use great fresh ingredients and you have control over the ingredients to some degree, if you want to make something lower carb or lower fat or just straight Paleo... whatever you are doing. I haven't tried everything on the menu, but am happy with the shakes and juices I've had. I've had the spinach cobb salad as well and that was very good. Again, if you are willing to pay a little extra to feel good about what you put in your body, then give Embody a try.”

“I’m giving it five stars simply because you are guaranteed a good time here. Great bar staff, Trivia nights, live music or DJ every Saturday and the food - best Brussels Sprouts in Connecticut. The three of us had a complete meal with nan, appetizers, mains and side and each item was nicely presented and was truly excellent. The "hot" dishes had the right amount of heat, the more delicate dishes were artfully prepared and the service was willing and professional. “Sandwiches are fanatic. Very neat and clean business. Breakfast all day and they do offer salads. Customer service is very good. One complaint is they do ask for tips on the receipt which is is pretty obnoxious given it’s not a full service establishment. This is seems to be more common at several establishments. I will not tip unless it’s an actual restaurant where customers are waited on. At places like this, you normally have a tips Jar which is fine. However, placing it on the receipt just like a sit down place would is Off putting.”
