“Blues and BBQ, two of my favorite things combined. How bad could it be? Often I go to a BBQ place and say well this was good but that could have been better, not here. Everything from the cornbread to the slaw and especially the brisket was amazing. Loved every bite. Great service to top it off. My only disappointment was being too full for dessert. “The last couple of times my wife and I have had a babysitter, we have come here for our date night. The food is exquisite. We always get the Brussels sprouts and I have had both the duck and the pork shank which were to die for. “My experience this late evening/early morning was wonderful. We were a group of 3 and our server's name was Angel. The service was exceptional. Angel was very patient with us, mostly me, as it was clear my friends and I obviously had a good night out. Angel knew the menu well and answered any questions we had without hesitation. I ordered the super grand slam with unlimited pancakes, they tasted like cake. It was DELICIOUS!! I recommend that whole heartedly, and ask to sit in angel's section too!!”

“I Love This Subway Location, By Far One of the Best. There were few people ahead of me but the kid on the line moved them in and out I didn't really wait at all, and the girl on the register was up selling and ring them out just as fast. I was ordering for my brother with special needs and He just Loves the Ham and Cheese Grinder with a little this and a little bit of that. Me I'm Steak and Cheese Tomato Wrap guy I like to load it up with Double Meat extra cheese 2 kinds. So I kind of knew what I wanted but the kid and I had a few laughs working through it. Thats what I Like About This Place Everyone is Friendly and Food is Fresh not like alot of places in Hartford. The place is always clean and smells nice too. Plus there is plenty of seating to Sit and Enjoy Your Delicious Grinder Salad or Wrap. Everything is Made To Order Just the Way You Want it. Plus They Do Catering Great for Offices Lunch or Birthday Party.”

“One of my Favorite restaurants to visit when I'm back home in the Hartford, CT area. Its an everyday restaurant specializing in seafood. Its not high class, but has a great bar, great seating area and can accommodate big parties. My family and I go there, usually with at least 8+ people and they take reservations. I'm not very complicated when it comes to my orders, I recommend the Calamari with peppers (One of my favorites), generally either take the house salad with Parmesan peppercorn dressing or the Cesar salad, and almost always go with the Lazy man's lobster stuffed. Unless, I feel like breaking into some lobster shell. Here's the thing, I live on the west coast, getting Fresh Atlantic lobster is pricey for what little you get. We are talking $20-30 a pound for a live lobster at the grocery store IF they have it, I can pay that in CT for a fully cooked lobster with sides. Its a great deal any time of year... Great family spot and always busy!!”

“I came here for a happy hour with some co-workers on a Tuesday afternoon. Around 4pm there was still plenty of parking on the street near the entrance so I recommend trying to get that before going to an expensive lot. The happy hour options are really good, $6 name brand drinks with juice/soda and then a bunch of $6 apps. The servers were all nice and quick to help as well. The inside is nice with a pool table available which is awesome. Overall I'd recommend coming in.”

“Breakfast and a show. The place has the typical dunkin menu items, and is about as clean an any dunkin is or isn’t. What sets this place apart was the loud and obnoxious verbal argument that was going on between the 3 people working this morning, one of whom identified herself as the manager. This shouting match went on for about 5 minutes, all while they were interacting with customers, and ended with the self proclaimed manager storming out the front door. Classy.”
