“I reached out to Koffee Katering for a staff retreat, and was blown away by how easy the entire process was. I rarely have such a smooth, effortless interaction with a vendor. Their entire menu was available online, staff was super communicative, and they handled our tax-exempt status with ease. They also handled all set up and clean up, there was no extra fee for delivery, and online payment took less than a minute. And THEN, the icing on the cake was that everyone loved the food. Multiple people asked me where it had come from, and commented on how delicious it was (and how much they liked the bread). Can't get better than that.”

“I’m not a huge fan of Italian food but was looking for something close to my hotel for dinner. I had the duck and it was excellent! It was served with mushroom risotto. Very flavorful. I plan to make this one of my new Haven favorites. All the pizza looked and smelled amazing! The complimentary bread was very fresh! The tiramisu is also really good. Kendall was my waitress and she was excellent! Fantastic customer service, very helpful and she had a really good knowledge of the menu.”

“Ivy wok is a traditional noodle house that won't disappoint you. The place is definitely not fancy, but the food, service and prices are good. The soup dishes are generous bowls of flavor filled goodness. You can fill up on any of the many varieties. The food comes out haphazardly, so you might have one person in your party waiting a bit longer than everyone else, but that's part of the charm of the place. A hole in the wall kind of restaurant but a place for cheap eats for sure.”

I made the mistake of forgetting to ask for crisp bacon when ordering the Vermonter Belgian Waffle, but the staff were very accommodating when I asked for the bacon to be fried crisp. I got double the bacon when they brought it back, which was above and beyond in fixing *my* mistake. The spicy maple syrup for that dish is quite spicy, and they were super about swapping it out for plain maple syrup as well. My significant other had the cilantro lime chicken wrap, which was also delectable. The iced Belgian mocha was simply divine.”
