“I ordered a sandwich over the phone on April 10th. The associate over the phone was super nice! I was really impressed by how nice and quick and thorough he was. I walked into the store to pick up my order and every single associate was so nice and happy to be there! The sandwich was amazing! I put the pepper relish on my sandwich which makes it extra tasty. “On the way to Savannah, GA we chose to eat here after reading the reviews. I can see what the hype is about. Super cute spot, so southern, so welcoming. The food was delicious and you can taste the freshness and quality of the ingredients. The portions are normal and not overwhelming, even their butter is delicious. It's definitely worth the extra few miles drive. A little side note, I spilled cream all over the table and our server was incredibly friendly and accommodating. “We had two great meals here and the place has a laid back vibe and good drink selection. It can be a little confusing to order, so I'll break it down for you-: 1. Order food at the front register, get a number, find a table, they'll bring it to you, 2. Order drinks at the bar, 3. Pay for food+drinks at the front register, 4. Pay for drinks only at the bar. There was a billing mix up on my receipt and I was charged for someone else's beverages and did not realize this until later in the day, but they were happy to refund me for the drinks I did not order. Really appreciate that as they were under no obligation to take my word for it. We'll be back!”

“The cashier was rude and not friendly. The state of the tables was dirty. The drink station was sticky. The manager was polite and trying to get things fixed but he was busy. Then the cashier tried to refuse my order, manager got into them. Then cashier tried to charge me more. Then the cashier made me wait until everyone behind me had their order taken and completed and then they finally got my cheeseburgers only together. Good help is hard to find. I hope they find better help.”
