“This place is a gem right next to the university campus. They have some incredible gyros. This whole plaza really is amazing and this restaurant helps keep it special. My only issue with them is that I believe their portions could be better and their seating could be more comfortable. They are not the biggest issues, especially when the food is good.”

“Probably the best sushi place in Gainesville period. The portions are great, and the variety is fantastic. However, eating in is a different story, it's a lot louder than most restaurants because it also serves as a nighttime bar. A lot of people in the bar also tend to get really rowdy in there. Oh there is the plus of being able to change the jukebox from your phone. A lot of funny moments can happen when you are in control of it.”

“Takes forever at times. Incompetent staff it seems to handle busy times. One guy usually doing most of the work in my experience. Buffet table questionable, seems to often have very little food left burning on the bottom and doesn't seem frequently rotated. Caveat to this is staff REGINA who is exceptional at going above and beyond. Fine for a quick bite every now and then but not a regular consistent choice. Sushi is fine, it's fine just nothing noteworthy.”

“Definitely a cute place with great atmosphere. It was my first time but the appetizer we got was the chicken lettuce wraps (delicious) and I got the spicy bowl. It was pretty good, definitely spicy and distinctive. The best was the tempura cheesecake! Hands down my favorite thing so far. But I definitely think it's worth trying this place out!”

Lots of deals for the 55 and older crowd. Also, there was a lot of plastic for a seafood restaurant. My half salad came with three disposable plastic containers full of salad dressing. I have always just had take and do not know anything about the delivery service.But if it's not to far, even a large order would be out the door fast. “Just Love Tijuana Flats but this location needs a rehab on the interior. It is small and dark inside. Lighting and interior decorating is not happy, inviting and bright. Where the Jacksonville Florida stores are the opposite, customer's waiting to enjoy the food and environment. Owner could double business with just changing space design. Hope they do because the food is awesome!”

“We came for the Saturday buffet at $9.95 a person. The last time I've been here was six years ago, the food quality has definitely improved then. For $9.95 the food is a steal. The food tasted great with my favorite being the red curry chicken, the only reason I give it a 4 star instead of 5 is because the soups and sauces taste like they came from powder mixes, not made in house. Would definitely recommend to check them out.”
