Despite ordering from the kiosk and taking a number as instructed, there was no table service and our food just set up on the counter for almost 10 minutes before having to go get it. The management was unresponsive to customers. For this establishment to be in the Fleming Island neighborhood, I expected much better interpersonal skills between staff and customers.”

“I'm actually pretty bleh about it now. Back when it was still El Palermo, it used to be one of the best places to get food from back home and I used to frequent it a lot. Now though, I don't know what's going on but the quality and service have really lowered. I've gone a good handful of times after the change just to give it time since it was newer but every visit just felt like less enjoyable each time. And that's disappointing because it used to be so good. I just hope they go back to their roots cause what they're serving and how they serve is definitely not the quality I had come to know of the place. =/”

“Small Hookah Lounge in Fleming Island It was little pricy but over good place check out on Saturday night. All staff is very friendly and helpful. It seemed to be place be on Saturday night in Fleming Island. They have some food items and lots different kinds of coffee, tea, beer, soda and bottle water. The hookah I had was very bland but kept the quick lights coals flowing overall. I found best favor hookahs are front page of menus or ask server. However my server whom waited me was too busy with amount of people in lounge. I will differently be try this place once more in the future.”
