“We stopped here for lunch after our ride on the nearby Palatka to Lake Butler paved trail! The food was great and it was big portions. I really felt like we got our moneys worth. I was also cooked to order, you could see them preparing it in the kitchen. LuLu had the patty melt, I had the Philly cheese steak sub. It was 93° outside it could’ve been a tad cooler inside but it was OK. Like I said we just got done riding our bikes 16 miles on the trail. We will be back!!”

“I really enjoy my experience every time I come! I try a new coffee flavor every time, and they are always so good. The atmosphere is very cool, and the decor is super cute. I never have trouble finding seating or a good place to get some work done. I love how they decorate and create new menus for holidays. The staff are always nice and friendly. Parking can be rough if it is particularly busy that day, but there is plenty of parking nearby if you are comfortable walking.”

“This was our first time here. When you see it from the road you think it's a pick up food place. They actually have a very cute little sitting area inside. Order first and then sit down. The staff is super friendly. My husband and I ate here for lunch. Excellent portions. The food was delicious. We both got the Jack's Caribbean pulled pork sandwich was amazing. We loved the fries. We left so full. We will definitely be back and it's definitely worth a try.”

“First time I have been since owners have changed. (Previously, restaurant was known as Ronnie's). The food was excellent, the service was awesome, and atmosphere was nice and simple. Traditional sports type bar, but good place if want to get away from the crowds. Had tried the alligator tail as appetizer, and was very good! (Wish I had gotten photo before jumping into getting few pieces). The service was excellent, hostess was nice and waitress was very helpful and friendly. The atmosphere was welcoming, open, and clean. Great for family lunch or dinner, or get together with friends or group for sporting event, or just a reason to go out for an evening. Also just across the street a few short steps is Spring Park (Park in green cove) that is nice to walk after lunch or dinner if weather is nice!”

“Loved the food. We had dinner there on Thursday, the 16th with another couple. We had the Philly, two country fried steaks and porkchops. The service was awesome, the food delicious. I could barely put my fork down! My wife adored the Philly. I can't speak for the other couple, however they seemed pleased as well. The separation of the pool/bar/club side from the diner side is deceptive. You wouldn't think it, but when in the diner side, the rest of the establishment fades into the background, still there but not intrusive enough to distract from the food! Next time I will ask for permission to take photos.”

“I thought Mariachi's was good. The inside is fun and bright. I appreciated the warm greeting from the hostess upon entering in. Our waitress seemed scattered, not very familiar with the menu and we felt kind of rushed by her. But she could've been a newer employee. Our food came out quickly, which was very nice. My tacos Al Pastor were not the best I've had, but they did the job for me. The restaurant was clean, and the bathroom was also clean, which is a plus. Also, the young gentleman who brought out our food was so sweet! Overall, we had a good experience and I feel my family will try Mariachi's again in the near future.”

“Edit: Used to love this course, but they really let it go downhill the past year. I'd previously given it a 4.5/5 but now it's closer to a 2.5/5. Hopefully they can make improvements - greens, cart paths, everything was in horrible shape the last 3-4 times I played. Shame. Original review: Absolutely love this course - it is in good shape and a great value. Beautiful neighborhood, nice gas powered carts, no issues with pace of play. The course is just flat out fun to play. The greens could use a little love, but that is the case with nearly every course in the area at the moment and we're 100% playable. Carts would benefit from GPS screens to help understand where hazards are and distances - this is especially the case playing from the blues so you don't have to ride up to the white tees for a general layout of the hole. Cart paths are rough, but truthfully I'm having to really reach for constructive criticisms. One of my new favorites in the Jacksonville/St. Johns/Flemming Island area.”

“So excited for this place to be open and here in Green Cove Springs! The restaurant is a great addition and the minute you walk in you are immediately pleased with it's decor. We went on a Tuesday night and the place was packed! We were seated with only a few minutes wait. All of the serving staff was kind and we got our appetizers of Samosas and Tumeric Hummus. I got the Chicken Tikka Masala and my wife got the Chicken korma. We also shared our friends food too! All of it was really wonderful! Can't wait to go back and try more from the menu!”

“I often go there for my lunch break. I normally get a sweet tea w lemonade and order of fries NO SALT. I've only had one issue here. I placed my order and waited 27 of my 30 min break but never got my order. UNTIL I asked for a refund. The manager on duty quickly apologized, refunded my money, and gave my food. I told her I was fine just wanted my money back but she insisted. I was appreciative and left. I hadn't had any other issues with this McDonald's. I have gone in few times and it's been messy, dirty tables and floors but those were RARE occasions. The staff is normally very friendly and professional. There was an incident with staff and another customer once. And again the staff remained professional as much as they could. Even when a different customer tried to continue the situation, the staff remained professional. For the most part, the McDonald's on Henley Rd in Lake Asbury is alright with me 👌🏽 AND THEIR ICE CREAM MACHINE WORKS!!!👍🏽🤣👏🏽”

“This place is such a refreshing addition to our weekly restaurants. We loved running into a piece of where we grew up here in the states. The Service is one of the best we’ve had and this place feels like home to me. The owners really have brought up this modern take on their decorations but also retained the integrity of Panamanian cuisine on their plate. The homemade cheese is by far the best I’ve had and from being raised close to a dairy farm in panama this says a lot. I wish I would’ve taken a picture of our food, but I did capture the kids sandwiches. They offer great options for kids.”

“This is my third time trying this place. It started out ok, but now it's starting to go down in quality. I ordered the Cali Burger and the first thing I noticed was that they were using the cheapest Great Value hamburger buns. These are for AR home use, not restaurant burgers. When I got my burger, I noticed the meat was thicker than the bun. Why, because the bun was pressed down when it was toasted. Don't think I will be back.”

“I was here on vacation from PA & was highly skeptical that a restaurant could serve both Asian & Italian food that were equally delicious but they certainly proved my skepticism wrong! We got a calzone, chicken & broccoli, and beef teriyaki. BY FAR, the best Chinese food I've had in Florida and the calzone was excellent, as well! Besides the food the employees were incredibly kind and attentive and obviously quite good at their craft. I don't always leave reviews but when I do it's for a restaurant that deserves it. “This was our first time to try Valentina's. We absolutely loved it! All of their dishes and desserts are handmade including the pasta noodles! We ordered a lot of different things so we could try it all out. Garlic knots, Caprese salad, Linguine Terra Di Fuoco, Clam Linguine, side of meatballs, side of sausage. And for dessert: Profiterole and various cookies. All of which was so authentic and fresh! We went to Italy in March and this food is very comparable to the best of what we had there! We can't wait to go back and try more on their menu! Our server Stacey was amazing! She was very friendly and helpful with answering all of our questions and making suggestions. She spent so much time with us and made us feel very welcome.”

“I decided to stop in because they are in my neighborhood and I had never tried them and it's been the best impulse decision I've made all week. I normally don't like corned beef, but I ordered the corned beef sandwich and red pepper gouda soup and it was so delicious and amazing that it changed my view of corned beef altogether. The cabbage was perfectly cooked with a light crisp, it was loaded with beef (and I mean LOADED) and the sauce was sweet and tangy and perfectly complimented the savory beef. “The food was amazing! I was skeptical at first because you don’t find too many good Caribbean restaurants in the Jacksonville area let alone in Orange Park. I ordered the oxtails with rice and peas and OMG 😱 I was not disappointed. The amount of food I received and the taste that gets left in your mouth after every bite. It was seasoned perfectly to even the tenderness of the oxtails. I was able to feed 2 people and still have left overs for tomorrow for just $20. They definitely gained themselves a recurring customer.”
