“Food was great! The restaurant is clean and the service is quick and courteous. A variety of choices available to appease any appetite. Chinese dishes, sushi, seafood, bbq ribs, buffet style steaks and a selection of hibachi choices. Salad bar, good choice of vegetable dishes, soup and desserts. Reasonable prices. Lunch buffet is a better bargain. Arrive for dinner between 6 and 8 for fresh hot food. It's a well managed buffet and as such, the food ranks high. It is a buffet so don't expect 5 star cuisine, but if a variety of good eats is what you seek, definitely give it a try!”

“You know what people love to hear? Waitresses complaining about tips to busboys. I usually enjoy my visits here, and when I've had the older lady who wears a camo face covering, she's been great. There's a younger waitress whose name starts with 'S' that was far from good. I understand that things can be busy, but then I saw how speedy she was with a table of men. Interesting. My drinks took a long while to come out, and I wondered if they were back there pumping water from a well or something. I witnessed her neglect a table of older people until they stood up and started looking around for her. My order came out wrong, and even though it wasn't the end of the world, I was still annoyed because I distinctly remembered correcting her as she wrote it down. Perhaps she would have better luck with gratuities if she treated every table like a table full of single men. All that aside, the food is good, and the sweet tea is better than most places.”

“Ate for the first time today at Kingfisher Sandwiches. Servers were very nice. Food was really good. I tried fried oysters and my wife had lump crab sandwich. Both were very good. They have a pastry chef there. She prepares several different items. My wife tried the key lime pie and really enjoyed it. They also have a good variety of items other than seafood. Recommend you give them a try. A pleasant experience.”

“We really like coming here! The food was great and it’s a very good alternative to the taco stands on Davis if you want street tacos. “SO much fun!! We had a group of 6 for a 30th Birthday and everyone thoroughly enjoyed our pedal trolley. Drew was a great host and DJ. We originally booked for an incorrect weekend (our fault) and we received a response very quickly with an update for the correct weekend. We brought our coolers but had plenty of stops for drinks we really didn’t touch much in our coolers. Definitely a must do in Pensacola!”

“What a treat! I am sad I didn’t take a picture of our pretty plate of tea sandwiches, sausage roll and scone (I think it called the light tea lunch). We stopped in without reservations (must have reservations 24 hours in advance for their high tea). They did have a free table so we were able to have their light tea tea lunch. I had the Buckingham Palace and my husband had Lady Londoner. We both think ours was best! Everything was delicious. This was as authentic of a tea service as I have had in the United States. The historic building adds to the experience. The young lady that waited on us was sweet and very attentive. We took scones and clotted cream with us to enjoy for the Wimbledon final. They were yummy heated with the wonderful clotted cream. Will definitely return if I am in Pensacola. If you go to visit - plan ahead (I called twice and the phone wasn’t answered - also reached out on Facebook messenger) so you can get a table for tea. You won’t regret it!”

“Amazing place & staff! We seriously showed up with a party of 8 on the 4th of July… 15 minutes before closing… (yes, we were “those people” 😬) and they took amazing care of us! We tried our hardest to order quickly & get out of their hair but they were incredibly accommodating and did not rush us out of there. You could tell they genuinely care about their patrons. “Great atmosphere! Food was good - bread is absolutely delicious! I would have given 5 stars but my order was incorrect twice. I ordered water with no ice to start. My glass came full of ice. Small thing but still incorrect. Our wait staff asked if I wanted roasted potatoes or whipped. She said the whipped potatoes are very good. I chose the whipped. I received roasted potatoes. There was nothing wrong with the roasted but I was looking forward to trying the whipped. Otherwise, I thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience. We were traveling and V Paul's was a very pleasant diversion.”

“We absolutely love Angelena’s! I would call the food modern Italian, sophisticated takes on some classics. My husband had the ravioli and it looked phenomenal (allergies prevented me from trying his 🥲 ) and I had the homemade pasta and meatballs with vodka sauce and it was amazing also. I have a lot of allergies and our server was new, but she was very helpful in trying to figure out what I was able to order. I’m not allergic to gluten, but their menu online shows that most of their items can be made gluten free, including the pizzas and pastas. Appetizers and drinks were also good- i had the limoncello martini. Delicious! OH and the cannolis are made fresh for each order! What a nice surprise after such a good meal, the shells were still warm from being fried. Ugh amazing. They even have a room in the back for private events- which is the whole reason we tried the place. Can’t wait to share this place with our family and friends ❤️”

“Great burger joint. Like the atmosphere, service was great. Even short staffed they handled my large party like pros. The milkshakes come highly recommended though I didn't indulge, I'm watching my blood sugar. On that note, they offer a variety of serving options beyond the classic bun; I asked for mine on a bed of greens with toppings and sauces and was not disappointed. Definitely give this place a try. I wouldn't call it cheap, but I don't regret a penny.”
