“Place looks great, staff I'm sure are wonderful people. Never heard the excuse though that the pump was slow because there were too many customers at the pumps. Can anyone verify that? I've been pumping gas for over 40 years and never have I experienced such a slow pump and an excuse to justify that. On top of that no paper at the pump for a printed receipt. Cashier in the store could not print one either. The last time this happened my credit card was compromised at a Racetrac in Georgia.”

“Not your run-of-the-mill pizza. I thought at $25 it was pretty steep for a pizza but as it turns out we only were able to eat half of it so it was two meals for all of us. You don't need to order extra cheese and already has it you don't need to order double the meat it already has it. We found this place online it was close to where we were staying. We had planned on eating there but as it turns out they only have two tables. So that was the only disappointing thing that pizza was fantastic”

“When I am in the mood for a cheese steak this is where I ago. I’ve been all over eating cheese steaks and Jersey Mikes has the best, hands down. The Big Kahuna Cheese steak is the best one. The bread they use is good. It’s from Jersey I believe and it’s much better than other sub shop’s bread. All of their sandwiches are hitting on all 8. Definitely recommend this place. Pricing is reasonable as well.”

“Got take out from here for the first time tonight. Just moved to this side of fort Myers and this is the closest one. Hands down best Chinese food I’ve ever had. I won’t get take out from anywhere else ever again. Everything was full of flavor and so fresh. You can actually tell it was fresh chicken and vegetables. Ordered two dinner specials. “I love coming to Pollo Tropical for lunch. The food is delicious and fresh. The prices are unbeatable especially the lunch special. The employees are also nice especially Cathy at the cash register. She makes everybody feel good and always has a smile. All the customers get along with her and she makes customers laugh with her positive attitude and charisma. The food and service were probably 4.5 stars, (the soup was cold but still tasty by the time the sandwiches were done being prepared, and the carryout bag was soaked on the bottom and needed replaced, which was kindly done for us) but the place really feels like it could be an old fire station and it's cool that they buy firefighters new equipment. First time I've ever been to a Firehouse Subs. Hope the feedback helps you improve.”

“Tonight I picked up an online order for me and my friend. The ladies up front directed me to the area where online orders are picked up and it was great! I love that there’s a designated area just for people with online orders, so you’re not standing at the hostess desk, feeling like you’re in everyone’s way. Plus, China, the young lady working back there was so sweet! I’m sure she had a million things to do, on a Saturday night, but China took the time to have a short, pleasant conversation with me and she was smiling the whole time. She took care of me quickly, checked my order in front of me, and made sure I had the silverware I requested. Things like that are definitely what a customer remembers, and I’ll be sure to stop by this restaurant again sometime!”

“Really friendly wait staff and a great menu. We started with a couple of the special drinks. I had a bourbon and bitters cocktail that seemed a bit too sweet, but went down way too fast. A lavender gin cocktail with bubble's was a play on sparkling wine, but again a little sweet for me. The real treat was the green gimlet. Peppery and aromatic. For an app we split the buffalo buratta and tomato with foccia. Outstanding. Creamy, salty, and a touch of bitter from black garlic. Amazing. I had short ribs that were braised to mouth melting tenderness. My wife and the grilled scallops, they were large, tender and sweet. We split a greens salad that was dressed perfectly. For me the highlight was the key lime pie. Just tart enough and not overly sweet.”

I really felt at home and this is the best Chinese restaurant around. My only grip is that they only have spring rolls and I really prefer the traditional egg rolls.
