First time to dine at Corner Pocket Bar & Grill in Tallahassee, FL, which is just as previous and numerous reviewers have reported: a nice, Local bar with reasonably priced drinks and very good, basic, bar food. We had hot wings and some type of local, fried sausage. It's a fun place to people watch. Pool tables, darts and a golf video game are available. The service was good; can't recall the name of our waitress as she did not introduce herself nor seemed to have the energy or reason to smile. Still a pleasant time and I'd recommend the hot wings.”

“Every time I rate Bada Bean I give them the same number of stars. Their breakfast menu is a favorite and always phenomenal. The avocado toast with grilled tomatoe and an over easy egg is the best. Of course my husband loves the cinnamon roll pancakes and lots of other specials offered on the whiteboard. What a great vibe. Even our teenage granddaughter will go with us when we go to Bada Bean. “We just had a great meal here. Subtly seasoned calamari was cooked perfect, although I wish that the marinara was warmer. Salads were fresh n tasty and house-made dressings were spot on. Steak a perfect medium rare with a nice char, excellent prime rib, and very good fish. Lemon-dill potatoes tender and tasty and asparagus was great. Everything was salted in the best of ways, with salt used in cooking to season, but letting the flavors shine through; you can always add more, but can't take it away. Service was perfect, as in attentive but not obtrusive. I think that my only real complaint was that their online menu has not been updated, so time spent perusing ahead of time was wasted and there was some disappointment when we saw the current one, but current online menus are a pet peeve of mine.”

They have several sauces you can try out. The Mac & Cheese was a little dry for my liking, but the corn on the cob and cornbread was good. Cleanliness: The restaurant seemed clean. I didn't notice anything on the floors and my table was clean when I was seated. Service: The service that I received was fast and my waitress checked in on my a few times.
