“From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed. We came to taste wines and have some good food. We did the 3 cheese plate and the sliders which were amazing. The head chef comes out to make sure you are doing fine and enjoying everything. It's very relaxing and a warm feel. Kathryn was knowledgeable about all wines and the food. Just over all amazing. “Family restaurant with home style cooking. My husband ordered the haddock. Said it was greasy. Also had mac and cheese which he did not like and said it was not hot. Ordered a salad as one of his sides which was good, but hydrant to let you know that there was a $2.00 uncharged for choosing a salad for a side. It was not mentioned before we received our check. I ordered the turkey dinner. It was pretty warm which is very important to me. I thought the dressing was a bit mushy and the overall meal was a bit bland. But that is just my opinion. I also ordered the coconut cream pie and I really enjoyed that. Our service was good and the place was quiet enough to hold a conversation. While this dinner wasn't quite what we hoped for, we may need to return and try something different.”

“You HAVE to try this place. You walk into one of the most clean and comfortable local restaurants in Ocala when you walk in these doors. I was immediately greeted with huge smiles by some of the sweetest ladies ever, right before I was handed the to go order I had made just minutes before over the phone. I actually didn't want to take it to go once I got there because the environment was so warm and welcoming! The food was absolutely delicious. Everything was seasoned well and cooked to perfection. They even put in the effort to wrap my corn bread separately so it was warm when I finally got to bite into it (that was delicious, by the way). I can't wait to come back and bring my husband! This place was great.”

“It was a mixed bag, half the staff was amazing and did a great job, the other half looked miserable and constantly had to ask others for help. They had to ask us several times what donuts we ordered (we only ordered 2 donuts) It look about 10 minutes to get our coffee and when we got them both were 100% wrong. My husband hates coconut which his drink magically became, so we had to switch drinks. Very disappointed that a coffee place couldn't get an order of two coffees and two donuts correct. Didn't even care at that point and just left. Place needs to be cleaned, from the ceiling tiles to the floor tiles, dirt, dust, dead bugs in everything.”

“Awesome awesome experience. I called little caesars twice to order pizza. They put me on hold both times and never actually came back to the phone. 10 minutes later I hung up. My wife called them a third time. Finally got her order in (two cheese) and when I arrived at their location, no one came to the counter, there were 9 grumpy people waiting for their pizzas, and several cars sitting outside the franchise waiting for their pizzas too. I left and drove to papa johns. On the way, ordered two cheese pizzas and garlic knots. I arrived expecting to wait 15 minutes. The manager came to the counter, and asked me my name, and proceeded to go back and box my pizzas and bread himself while another employee took my payment. All the while there were a constant stream of half a dozen delivery people in and out doing their thing. He had a bunch of employees in his franchise working their tails off and hustling to get pizzas out. No grumpy Customers. Very happy with this place. You guys are a great team. Thanks for making our Friday night family dinner happen quick!”
