Stewby's Market

Stewby's is always a great place to eat and this was my first visit to this location. My first impression was that it wasn't too busy, despite being lunch time, and the service was speedy. I had to sit at a dirty table but that's a deal at a picnic bench table. The okra is almost as good as in Oklahoma and the entree was awesome (a catch of the day sandwich). Portion sizes were adequate but not outrageous. The location on the island is perfect for families that would like to make an event around lunch or after dinner, as it is close to a mini-golf course. Good experience all around.

One of the best spots in Ft Walton. Friendly and efficient staff. Both the shrimp and flounder dishes were so fresh and flavorful, with the sides (potatoes, corn on the cob and sausage), plenty of good food at a very reasonable price.

Our meal was delicious and all of the staff was so friendly and helpful. We tried many other restaurants in the Fort Walton Beach area and this was by far the best seafood around! We went during the dinner rush, and waited less than 10 minutes to order and our food was ready in about 15 minutes. The prices were fair and there was a variety of items on the menu.

We went here while staying just right across the street at Sea Oats, it was indeed within walking distance. I had the popcorn shrimp dinner and it was amazing! It came with 2 sides which I ended up getting an extra side of hush puppies and coleslaw ( and I must say I am very picky when it comes to coleslaw.) It was some of the best slaw I've had. Thanks for the great experience. I loved it.

We were looking for authentic steamed seafood. Stewby’s Market was off the chain awesome. It was steamed to perfection. crab legs, crawfish and gulf shrimp. Forget eating out. Went to market, they steamed, took back to beachfront condo and enjoyed the flavorful goodness on our balcony overlooking the gulf. Doesn’t get better than this. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
