What a great meal. Truffle Parmesan fries followed by grilled catch of the day (grouper) with crayfish sauce and finished with key lime pie. Every bit of it was great and the prices are just as great as the folks helping you.

The beer, battered fried grouper was the best I’ve ever had. I almost wanted to get a second order to take home with me. It was that good. My wife she got a Grilled Grouper sandwich and she said it was excellent! Claimed they put their homemade slaw on the sandwich and my wife really loved that. Our son got the smash burger and loved it. His wife got the grouper beer, battered like I did. She agreed with my statement. You must go there and try the beer battered fried grouper…. It’s so good! We were giving our one year old grandson, small morsels of the grouper, and he couldn’t get enough of it either. Unfortunately we were there yesterday but I’m going back maybe tomorrow and I will add photos. After forgetting my credit card here two days ago. My wife and I returned to get l the same thing we got two days ago. So I added these photos to my original review, The beer battered grouper had three pieces but I ate one prior to the photo.

Small menu, but very good food at resort prices. When compared to rising costs at other restaurants post pandemic, The Remedy's average entree price of $15-$18 isn't that bad considering the high end quality and good serving size!

Breakfast is 5 stars! We had the Short Rib Hash and the Floribama Benedict. Both were excellent. The Short Rib Hash had some sweet corn mixed in and a nice sauce that put this one over the top for me! The Floribama Benedict had 7 jumbo grilled shrimp with the eggs Benedict over two crispy Hash brown potatoes (see pictures). Absolutely delicious. For Dinner we had Taco Time, 3 fish tacos with the fried local fish ($15) and Roasted Red Pepper & Tomato Bisque Soup ($13). Very good soup!
Our final night we did takeout to our room. In 10 minutes from ordering at the bar I had my Grouper Fish & Chips (comes with Truffle Fries, Mango Slaw & Tartar Sauce) ($18). The best fried fish (3 small filets) I had on this vacation and right at our hotel at the Beal House!

Their were a couple of small hiccups. They ran out of the truffle fries and the Cheesy Tater Tots, but did substitute breakfast potatoes that were quite good.

Honestly, the best food on this vacation was right at our hotel at The Remedy!

Small hotel restaurant with cute setting. Staff was friendly and service was quick. Food can be more consistent in portion size relative to cost though. The breakfast beignets and Floribama Benedict were well worth the money. The Emerald Coast is a decent choice. The "stuffed" pancakes were tiny for $13 and they weren't stuffed with anything so not too impressed with that dish.
