“This was my first time at this establishment. I have watched them build the place and when the first open it was so crowded I never really got a chance to try it until recently. I want to say I had so much high hopes for the place but I was kind of disappointed. The customer service was okay. It could have been a lot better but when I received my drink my cup was spilling over with soda and the representative didn't even try to give me any napkins. I was excited about my food being made fresh but what I can say is the positive experience is they give you a great portion which I love about the place; however, on the flip side the burger I received wasn't seasoned and the lettuce was old as well as the tomato. I was really disappointed in that. The fries were fresh which is the best part of everything I ordered. The cake wasn't that good it was dry and off. I love the condiment. I don't eat ketchup really but I was very impressed with the packaging. I will probably give this place one more try but for right now I'm disappointed.”

“5 star pizza is one of our go-to pizza spots for pick up. Our preference is for their thin crust pizza, but the regular crust is good, too. We prefer our pizzas well done/crispy, which you can see here. Delivery is available, and it's through the restaurant, not Uber eats or anything like that. If you order online, there are usually coupons available to save some money. 5 star has yet to disappoint. There's only one other pizza spot in Tallahassee that is in the same boat. Thank you 5 star for consistently good food and service.”

“This is an explanation to all of the people with negative comments about the customer service, delivery time, wrong address ect. We are one of the dominos in the city of Miami that gets really busy this time of year we are very understaffed…which means we don’t have enough personnel to give great service THATS not an excuse but it is a cause. I myself am an employee there and it’s very difficult to deal with too many things at ones. I get the concerns and the complaints but it all just kind of seems very one sided. You guys act like you have never worked in a fast food chain with much work we try our best to reach everybody’s concerns and we understand but you guys have to understand aswell. As for wrong addresses in delivery, I recommend that before you finish placing an order either through the app or online or even through the phone you should verify the address. Online it changes addresses especially if it’s not automatically put from being a regular customer so that’s an easier way to stop wrong addresses and misunderstanding from happening. Inside carry out customer service. That’s more than likely on a busy day because other than that our carry out employee go above and beyond to give great service to customers in the store. You can always ask and will receive customer is always right. Other than I apologize sincerely and if you have any comments or concerns you may come back again and ask for me.
