“My family and I had a great experience in Milan. It was not busy when we arrived for lunch. Our timing was perfect because more parties showed up after us. Anastasia was our server and she was absolutely amazing. She communicated about possible food delays which were very minor. Food arrived to us much faster than most other places. All our food was hot and well prepared. I had fried catfish with mac & cheese and cabbage. Everything was delicious? The hubby had shrimp and grits and loved it. Kids had grilled cheese and mac & cheese bites both with onion rings. The two orders of onion rings tasted different. One order was more flavorful than the other. The atmosphere was great with popular music, spacious seating, & sports available to watch. We were happy we chose to support them. We will be back!”

“**Editing to make people aware that the owner personally called us the next day to apologize and make things right. That’s great customer service! That alone deserves a 5 star rating! ** We are literally in a hotel across the street from this restaurant, at the Home2Suites, we called tonight at 7:08 PM, the gal said we could call and order our pizza by 8:30 and no problem. We called at 8:21 am was on hold for a crazy 14 minutes with horrible music. Finally, someone answered and we ordered our pizza which was supposed to be a 14@, hand tossed, extra sauce, extra Italian Sausage, and spinach on one side, mushrooms on the other side. All we got was a mushroom pizza. After driving all day in the nasty weather and insane traffic from NC and after seeing all the rave reviews, this is a huge disappointment. We are here to look for a new home for our new job and location and this is horrible because we can’t even get anyone to answer their phone to make it right! You need to get your employees to take a proper order. I loathe mushrooms. And my husband tipped the driver well because he just didn’t check the order and he’s a good tipper and it’s really not the delivery driver’s fault! Never again. Sorry. The whole order is wrong!”

“Best Meal replacement shakes I’ve ever had! They have a lot of other great drinks but their meal replacement shakes are better than any other nutrition place I’ve ever been to. Lots of flavor and very tasty, tons of flavors to choose from and she has monthly flavor specials. My favorites so far are white chocolate raspberry, key lime pie, and strawberry cheesecake. They truly taste like the flavor options. No gross after tastes. The owner is so sweet and amazing! Service is quick and friendly. Very homely feel. She makes you feel welcome and at home. She also remembers her customers/regulars! My daughter and my new favorite place!”

“Tried the salad bar. Great choices. My wife cannot eat cucumbers, relish or pickles and they have relish in the potato salad so she got some mashed potatoes and gravy instead. Nice selection of foods - fried chicken, pizza, tacos and more. Well stocked beer cave. Nice friendly helpful associates. 40 plus parking spaces for semi trucks and trailers. “I got a meal delivered from this place, not knowing anything about it. Boy, I was pleasantly surprised. I got the brisket nachos and a Shrimp burrito. First of all the servings were huge. The brisket was delicious on the nachos, Tender and plentiful. The tempura shrimp burrito was also outstanding. It was full of beans and rice. One of the best things I have eaten in awhile.”

“Coming from South Florida where soul food is a commodity, I was super excited about trying this place after reading the reviews. Unfortunately, I was underwhelmed. The oxtails and cabbage were excellent; however, the greens had too much vinegar in them, the mac and cheese tasted very acidic as well, and the summer squash was unexpectedly fragrant (no sure why). The sour cream pound cake was good but quite dense. Might try someplace downtown when I'm in town next time.”

“Every Wendy's is good...so why only 4 ???? for this on in GA? Simply almost every Wendy's allows a sub of Chili for ???? when you order the $4.00 special or the $5.00 Big Bag...not this location. We cannot have that much starch as my diet requires more protein than carbs (have a Doctor's card that asks restaurants to consider substituting) with 99% of restaurants agreeing. Other than that service and food good as always and hope management sees this and allows a bit more flexibility.”
