I used to eat Fazoli’s growing up in North Georgia and was excited to have it again. when we pulled up, we simply called and immediately our food was brought out hot and ready. The owner was extremely kind and made us feel so very welcome. His customer service was unmatched and made me immediately want to refer friends and others to this very easily accessible and very take-out friendly restaurant, hence this post. We loved it! I had turkey wings, collard greens, macaroni and cheese, sweet potato mash, and cornbread. Every morsel tasted like perfection! I highly recommend their services! Next best thing to home! In addition to private catering, Parlay also does meal prepping and they’ve made it easy! I’ve always struggled with meal prepping so I jumped at the chance to try them out when I learned about their meal prep service. The meals are healthy and delish!! ?? They were nearly unbearable to eat with out ketchup so please try to not put to much salt on them because that ruins already good quality fries. “Three doors down from my hair salon and I was starving! My stylist recommended Playa Bowls. I got an Aloha smoothie and a bowl with bananas, oats, strawberries, almonds and honey. Everything was SO FRESH and delicious! I didn't even know this place was back here and I live right down the street. I have a new go-to place. Most customers that come here are way to high on their invisible horses and don’t appreciate the fact they they are even allowed to dine out. I sometimes wish we would go back into quarantine so people can correct their attitudes and remember to be grateful to be alive! Please be mindful of things like this as we progress over the years. Ppl in the food industry work hard, and they actually care about their jobs, but rudeness is highly inefficient. Things will just fall apart if you walk into somewhere (like this restaurant) and carry a bad attitude.They are only doing their job to the best of their ability all the while serving outrageously rude customers all day. Bottom line if they say “hello how are you today?”Please feel free to give them an answer they are not speaking for their health. Please leave a tip in cash preferably as I was speaking to one of the cashiers they don’t even see the credit card tips just so you privileged people know. And appreciate the fact that they are concerned enough to want to make your order and to give you friendly service. Please Atlanta do not continue to do this such such a wonderful place.And as far as Mask go you do have to realize that they are around hot equipment for the kitchen all day it is not a big deal if they pulled their mask down for a couple minutes while they step away from everyone else. Please stop being a “Karen”about such small issues. Half of the customers that even walk in this place don’t have mask anyway. And the restaurant never turns them away. “First let me say that the food is always delicious. Last night I had an awful experience with Uber Eats when ordering from Veganaire... I ordered my food, was notified of the wait time, waited for about 30-35 minutes, checked and saw that the driver was there waiting for the food to be ready for him to pick up and deliver to me. No more than 10 minutes later I received a notification that my order was cancelled and I wouldn't be charged. But I had already waited long enough that the restaurant should've known that they couldn't fulfill my order so naturally I called to see what the issue was. The person that answered the phone informed me that my food was not only ready but sitting and waiting to be picked up so he had no idea why it would have been cancelled. I tried to find a solution in the Uber Eats app with no success so I called back to ask if I could just come pick.up my own order and pay in person, he said yes and that's what I did. Already irritated because I waited for my food and was concerned it was now going to be cold, I didn't think this would be a pleasant visit. However, when I arrived to pick up and pay for my order I was told not to worry about it and to just have a good night!! How awesome is that??? Veganaire tool it upon themselves to rectify the situation that they had nothing to do with to make sure I ended with a great experience ☺️ Highly recommend a business that puts the customer first!!”
