“We JUST went through drive thru, (my husband last minute added fried mushrooms to our order) we pulled up, paid, got our food and I checked our bag right before pulling off and didn't see the mushrooms. No biggie, husband went in to get them and they asked for a receipt but we didn't get one so I came in and Christina (Almost positive that was her name) immediately apologized and said it was her fault, I told her it was fine. “I asked an old guy on the street where to get a good meal, Southern Charm is the only place he recommended. The only place. What a great experience! My son and I went for lunch and enjoyed everything! But I have to say that our server, Tara, made the whole experience! Friendly, knowledgeable and experienced, (and a real cutie too) we never wanted for anything. Perfection! I think I have a crush on her! Oh to wish for my younger days! I don’t get to Blue Ridge often but I’ll be making a point to eat here when I do. It seems that the other servers were very good as well so I know I’ll be in good hands no matter what! We had mozzarella and a nice house salad for starters, the Philly cheese steak and a buffalo blue cheese burger. ALL WERE EXCEPTIONAL! “The Double Cheeseburger special, it was cooked to perfection with Onion Rings and Carmel Sundae. My husband had the Hot Dog specials. The staff are friendly, we didn't have to wait. We ordered our food and paid, they gave us a number to sit down to wait and to get our drinks. We just got sat down and they brought out our food. They have outdoor seating and a drive-thru.”

“We arrived without a reservation and were offered a seat at the downstairs bar or chef’s table (overlooking part of the kitchen). As the servers came to get bread, wine, beer, etc., they were all exceptionally friendly. Our waiter made an excellent beer recommendation for me and didn’t bat an eye when my husband and I requested to split our salad, appetizer and main course. The waiter was attentive and friendly throughout our visit. The buttery lettuce salad was the freshest I’ve had in quite a while. My husband raved about the house dressing, even though he is usually requests ranch on the side. We had the amazing smoked salmon and tuna spread as an appetizer. The best part of the meal was the delicious, tender pork chop. Even though we were sharing, we couldn’t finish our meal. It was huge. My husband commented it’s the best meal he’s had in years and I agree. We will definitely make this our first stop when we visit Blue Ridge again and will recommend to all our friends.”

My girlfriend ordered some sort of sandwich with what was supposed to be roast beef. Horrible. We could not eat the food. If you are going here to watch a game, or drink, it’s the place for you, but don’t go here for the food. Just to add, they did take the fish off of my bill. Update to the owners response. It’s not the fact that the food was not to our “taste” I love a good fish and chips dinner, however I did not receive that. In fact, we heard other diners stating the same thing about the food. Again, as I stated before , it’s a cool place to watch a game and drink, but you should find another establishment to eat.”
