“Came here for a quick bite before dropping of rental car and flying out and I was amazed!! Both meals we got were absolutely delicious!! Probably one of the best meals I had staying on this island and we ate at slot of places on Waikiki! Small little place with limited seating but definitely worth a visit!”

“I ordered takeout here not long before closing time, and the service was fast and friendly despite the late hour. Beyond Burgers are definitely the junk food version of veggie burgers, so I appreciated that they piled the fresh veggies high on it. The fries were good too.”

“I wish I would have searched for really close sushi before the stay at home orders. This place is amazing. I love little hole in the wall local places and this place is all that and a butter mochi. Good quality thick cuts of fresh fish, nicely seasoned rice and a really good heat to their spicy sauce. The Red Dragon Maki roll was the favorite of the night. Definitely going there again, must try all the maki!”

“Bradah Moku is the plate to get. Lots of food, spam, bacon, corned beef hash, rice, eggs. On the other hand, pork chops and steak not so great.”

“The restaurant itself is pretty quaint, and comfortable. I got myself kimchi stew, and it was okay. The stew itself was good, however the pork itself was still a little tough, needing to be cooked for longer. My water had a gnat in it... but otherwise, the stew with rice was good! Gonna probably get it to go next time and cook it a little more.”

“We had time to kill during rush hour near the airport so it was a random choice near by. It turned out to be the Celebrity spotting hole in the wall kind of sushi restaurant. Fish was very fresh and everything we ordered was very good. This place is authentic “Edomae” style sushi, not local, fusion type of a place. If you are mood for proper Japanese sushi it is a good place. Good, fast service. It looked like they have private room. Many Parking stalls but you’d have to drive up on the pavement.”

“Amazing pizza place! First ate here in 2015 and its since become my favorite pizza place on island. Employees are nice and the food is excellent. When sit down is open its a good place to eat and hang out as a family. Most things can be made vegan as well. Vegan cheese balls are so good! Refills on drinks. Bathroom in shopping center but not in restaurant.”

“The food I ordered was great! I had spaghetti. It usually has meat in it, which I don't eat, but they were nice enough to make me a special order with lots of veggies. My father had their Italian sausage omelette and loved it. Friendly, nice, family run restaurant. We will eat there again! Portions are large too!”

“Great food, great service. We had the (double) burger, which was juicy and tasty, and the ribs, with their sweet and juicy taste. The Mai Tais were great, according to my wife, our little one enjoyed the linguine from the kids menu. Overall a pleasant stay, except for one bit of criticism: when asking for dessert, we were told they had some ice cream pie only. The table next to us, regular visitors, obviously, were offered with a variety of dessert just a couple of minutes later. Would still recommend, we liked the coziness of the restaurant.”

“The food is prepared by the Pili Group... aka Gooch's (Mark Noguchi) gang...yup the same folks who ran Taste and ran the Hee'ia Pier store. Lunch Box opened on November 11, 2013 and it was busy! Unfortunately, this place is not open to the public. It's in the Hawaiian Airlines corporate office. Therefore, hopefully you're friends with an employee who you can meet for lunch!”

“Fairly quick service in the airport with a limited menu from the full restaurant, but they do have are some of the more popular selections from the full menu in terms of the pizzas. The only size served are 6 slice small pizzas which are perfect for a meal while between layovers. Instead of ordering at the cashier you can use the touch screen kiosk to order...a good option when it's busy and the line is long. One detractor is that it can be pricey when compared to done of the other food options in the vicinity. Overall, a decent place to get food at the airport.”
