“Lunch was great, but the views and atmosphere were the absolute best. We took gondolas up the mountain.... And it gets much colder as you go up so bring a sweatshirt or ayt least a windbreaker...”

“I REALLY wanted to give this place more stars but I cannot justify it off this sole visit. We will revisit one more time to see if it was just an off night. We arrived around 7:15 feeling that was well enough time before the 8pm closing time for a light Supper. We ordered canned drinks while we perused the menu. It was pretty busy for one waitress to handle the mini rush so we were in no hurry. Some people arrived after us and received their food before we did ours. She had forgotten us. All in all it was 2 hours before we received our food and we spent the greater part of the/ evening there chatting with the owner as they began to shut down. The food was on par with typical bar food. We ordered a burger and fries and the taco special. The side salad was fresh but we could tell the beans and rice for the tacos were canned/boxed. The owner also admitted the chili is also canned even though a good quality one. The salsa although, was homemade by his wife and was very tasty! It's a bit out of the way for most but if you like the "off-the-beaten-path" locally owned and run places, don't be discouraged, as it's a great way to meet with more local people.”

“Super beautiful view, amazing food, and super nice workers. We got a lot of food and most of us weren't able to finish (except for me because it was so freaking good) I got the brisket Mac n cheese, the other people in my group had: potstickers, fried pickles, another brisket Mac n cheese, nachos and the sliders. Everything was delicious. Our server: Dylan was extremely nice and helped us out, checked in on us, and helped to solve the menu. It was amazing and we will totally eat here again.”

“Their calzones are the best we have ever had!! They are huge and stuffed with 4 toppings of your choice. They also have the yummiest pickle chips! No one should complain about the wait, everything is made fresh and completely worth it! Sorry, we started to dive in before I took a picture, so this is only the half I am taking home for a midnight snack.”

“Great selection of beers & canned cocktails! Lobster Mac is where it’s at! Monica is incredibly welcoming to first timers and is a great conversationalist. Clean and rustic atmosphere- a hidden gem at Priest Lake.”

“The outside seating area was gorgeous. Flowers, big wooden tables, antique oven, pots and a waterfall. Unfortunately, our poor waiter was literally the only person staffed to do bussing, orders and food. He was so so busy. Need to hire more people. They definitely get enough business for it. We just ordered nachos. They were pretty good, they put meat and cheese through out the pile of chips so it wasn't just on the top.”

“Holy Moses!!! What an unexpected treat!! Living out here, we all know dining options are limited so I was ECSTATIC to find Thai that I didn't have to go to Spokane for! I was even MORE thrilled when I tasted it!! UNREAL prices, hands down some of the best Thai I've had in YEARS, perfect amount of spice (both my husband AND 10yr old LOVED it) AND you can feed a family of 3 for around $30 with tons of left overs!! The fried rice, yellow curry and pad Thai were all out of this world!! I got there a few minutes after closing and they were still so friendly and inviting! 10/10 highly recommend! We found our new favorite takeout place! Thank you SO much!!”

“What a pleasant experience! I ordered the 1/2 lb Bacon Cheddar Burger with grilled onions, and I must tell you..I was very (pleasantly) surprised. The burger was hand made and pressed, juicy and cooked perfectly. A fellow server Ray stopped by my table to see how the meal was. Turns out, he's the owner! Very pleasant and personable, you can tell her takes pride in his restaurant, the small details that make the food excellent. If you see this little restaurant passing by do yourself a favor, stop and enjoy a wonderful meal from a wonderful family. 🍻 Cheers to you Ray! -Jason”

“We happened to stumble upon this restaurant while out for a drive. Staff is friendly, decor is modern pub/family friendly vibe, and it’s very clean. I was debating on their Cuban sandwich or the Rueben. Our waitress said the Ruben was her favorite…so I went with that and their special soup of the day, butternut squash. Both were absolutely delicious! Husband got the Mac and cheese and added pulled pork. It was a very hearty meal that he couldn’t finish. We will definitely eat here again when in town.”

“Elkins Resort was just perfect for us. The resort is so beautiful. The rooms have super comfy beds and have everything you need for the perfect stay. The staff is so friendly and do everything to meet the needs of its clients. Then the food is so good from snacks to dinner. Top chef does fantastic menu options. We were there for a family wedding and they made sure everything was set up just as we wanted. I can't thank the staff enough for making this trip one of the best we have had.”

“For a little pub and grill on a golf course this was a very good meal. Wife and I were both impressed with our meals despite the fact there was some ground beef and what was supposed to be a steak shepherd's pie did not take away from the meal very much at all. Would dine here again.”

“We had a Sunday lunch at the Patio over the weekend and the place and the atmosphere was authentically mexican (as its name is) even the music. We ordered dishes packed with delicious flavour that were beyond satisfactory. That, along with the kind staff and overall ambience made for us a great experience of the restaurant.”

“Libby was our server, and wow, is she great. Really was informative and helpful. She had a great suggestion for desserts. Peanut butter chocolate cheese cake and lemon cake were excellent. The buyer was huge and so very tasty. Cooked to perfection served on a brioche roll. If you are in priest lake, do yourself a favor and eat here. You won't be disappointed.”

“I can’t say enough good things about this place. The food is delicious, the portion sizes are HUGE, and the environment is so much fun. Sand volleyball, pickle ball, live music, pool, a playground, this place has it all. Visited here when staying at Priest Lake for the week and would highly recommend it for everyone.”

“Ordered the “small” sandwich “ with Turkey & Roast Beef, the best I have had anywhere, the bread is perfect. Service here is as good if not better than any I have had, especially “Miss Georgia”. If you are on HWY 57 either going to Priest River or Priest Lake it is well worth the stop. It’s amazing. Next time will try the pizza. Oh the fried pickles with Siracha Ranch are amazing.”

“I recommend this place. Parking was right in front of your room. The rooms were very nice. Our room had a loft where a 2nd bed was. The room had a small fridge and a microwave. The restaurant and store were close by. The people were very nice and friendly.”

“This was my 1st visit in years and it is now under new ownership. The view is absolutely beautiful with windows facing the river as I suppose the reason for the namesake. I must say the quality has really upgraded and you won't go away hungry! I would have given it a 5 star except one of the things that irk me is being comfortable. Do bring a sweater or light jacket if you are not able to get a seat near the gas fireplaces. The decor could also need some updating and warm/inviting touches but I'm sure that will come in time so there's room for improvement there yet. We both had the breakfast special which consisted of stuffed french toast covered in huckleberry sauce, hashbrowns/country potatoes, bacon, and eggs. The french toast was to die for so don't miss getting this when it's available as it's not on the regular menu. You get 5 strips of bacon too! Everything was cooked perfectly. We typically like things a little more crispy overall but was still not disappointed in the consistent way it was cooked despite. There is also a louge/bar attached on the other side of the restaurant so you can make it a one stop date night! If you've never been before give it a try, if it's been a while...revisit.”
