“You can always tell if the Mexican food is gonna be good based on the salsa and beans. Best salsa/pico de gallo, refried beans, carne asada(they actually use skirt steak here, not chewy stew meat), rice was traditional and cooked well, chips were fresh, the flan and horchata was perfection. “Wednesday is definitely hands down the best day to go. Best chicken fried around hands down!!! I prefer this over any meal or other special that have, even their prime rib... Yep you heard me say that right. I try to make it on Wednesday's after work just for this meal. Julie is always amazing. Always friendly and provides great service as does everyone else. “The service was great. She visited the table multiple times to check on us. Ordering was easy, and they had all the items we ordered, including the tofu for the Kale salad. Everyone thought their meal was delicious. The salad was large enough for a second portion. There were available seats even on a Friday night at 6:30 and it was busy. On the negative side, they did blow the IPA I ordered, but that seems to always and I mean always happens to me, so much so that I ask the waitress if the keg was blown before I ordered it. She was worried about telling me it was blow because I called it. Lol. I had the Buffalo chicken sandwich with potato salad. The chicken and merely slaw was good, but the bun was not hardy enough to eat the sandwich by hand. Still very tasty.”

This one in Coeur d’Alene is a little smaller than the one in Spokane but very convenient right of of I90. I had the club sandwich and it was decent. “Our first visit and didn't know what to expect from another sandwich shop. WRONG !! not just another sandwich shop it was outstanding..... best sandwich we have ever had. We both had classic steak sandwich, it came full of the best tasting beef, onion, mushrooms and cheese of course and was so nice and warm on the softest bread, we were offered either sweet or hot peppers, we got sweet ones on the side. The peppers were like none I've had before and made the sandwich. Capriotti's is the best. 👍”

“We'll make this a staple when in the area. The side veggies were delicious and a good starter. My picky eater kids devoured the sausage/kale soup with me. The lasagna and chicken piccata was also excellent. The herbed butter on fresh baked bread was nice and helpful for getting leftover lasagna sauce off the plate which was pretty clean once we were done with it. 2 large gender neutral bathrooms were gorgeous and wait staff was friendly. “The pizza was just ok. The dough is made "on-site" but it appears pre-made which makes for subpar quality and pricy for what you're paying for. Tried the Loaded Hawaii and the Sweet Bee. Neither were anything to write home about. Both versions of wings sucked. The bone-in had decent flavor but were like rubber. The boneless were soggy and although fully cooked needed to remain in the fryer to firm them up. The Italian sandwich was probably the best item ordered. It had good flavor, a decent amount of fillings and the bread tasted great. The green salad was minimal. They charge "extra" for dressing and by extra I mean the amount you'd need to enjoy two orders of wings and a salad. The dressing is not your typical delicious diner style ranch so save your money on the "extra". Staff were friendly which is always a plus.”
