“I used the drive thru and I really wish it was a longer drive because during peak hours the line is in the street and we all know or will know now that the drives are plenty aggressive and sometimes rude when the line gets to the street. Even though there's plenty of other lanes to occupy. The cashier was friendly and patience. They even remembered to give me jam for my egg croissant when I had forgot to ask for it! Plus they're open 24 hours!”

The staff is often not friendly and on occasion are careless about what you order; pay attention to what they add to the mixture and let them know if it’s not what you wanted. This is quite a shock as the mixtures are already on a giant menu hanging the wall! How hard can it be to do it right?! The quality of ice cream they offer isn’t bad!”

“I don't really go here often, but the lady there was really nice last time I went. I was waiting for my strawberry and banana smoothie for a really long time. The guy acted like he didn't want to make it for me or something. She told him about 3 to 4 times that he needed to make another one because there was another guy in front of me that ordered one as well. I don't really know what happened or what he had going on in his head to take as long as he did. I probably won't be going back to this one though.”

“This location has gone through significant staffing changes. We had established a rapport with the previous staff but after some time we've become quite fond of the manager who always greets us and every customer like family. The tables are well managed and clean as are the restrooms. Everyone seems comfortable in the atmosphere, perhaps due to close proximity of the tables but it's a nice feel. The food is delivered fresh and hot and they are willing to accomodate to dietary needs. A great place for families, friends, and business meetings.”

“I don't recall if I have ever had Panera Bread's food - I have had coffee at various locations a few times when meeting with people, over the years. But this time we found ourselves close to the Evanston store and heading home around dinnertime, and ordered takeout. We each got a half sandwich and side 'two-for meal. The Cuban and Italian sandwiches were good, a little overpowered by the mustard slathered on, to my taste. BUT the Turkey Chili side dish was an experience! I never expected such great chili in a place like this....but it rocks! I am picky about chili, and have even competed at a Terlingua Cook-Off event. I will go back just for this chili - and get a larger portion next time! Also, food was ready and service fast after ordering on-line. TRY THIS CHILI!!”

“Cafe Corbel was a nice surprise for me, as I passed by the street a lot without noticing that there was a cafe here until I found it on Google maps. The place was spacious with the front area reserved for brunch crowd while there's also a back area was for people working with their laptops out. The back area had enough power outlets which is a huge plus. Pastries were pretty and tasty, and coffee was decent. The staffs were friendly and helpful too. Overall it was a really nice cafe and I will definitely come back!”

“I went with a group of 9 people on Sunday afternoon. It's was packed inside but we were lucky and found a table. Everyone was pretty happy with their food. They have a good selection and not very expensive. Most food items are around $10, with is not bad in this area. Staff were friendly and always smiling. The atmosphere and interior design made me feel relaxing and pleasant. I took out one star for music being a bit loud and noisy that day. But according to my friend it's not always like that. All in all, I would recommend this place.”

Atmosphere is quite chill, smile when you're in there and make sure you tip. Even just a little bit, the vibe is better there than downtown. Smooth. The working cashier who was there a little past noon. Of course, she saw me as I do shoot the moon. Can a man say he has cashed in at a business more than ten times, I can and sometimes you will notice that the good ones are curious, they are watching. The only difference is that they are smiling at what you're doing and not hating on it. Between Dunkin donuts and Starbucks, as long as there is "free trade" you can feel safe performing in a place like this. Only those who perform will understand what I'm talking about and those who are interested will investigate. A gem. A place where you can pull in and not really think about the "norms". If I say anymore, I will wear it out. Just see for yourself. I'm a person who nullifies social engineering that had been used in the past to keep certain groups of people out of the circle of intellect. Most of it is bragging about what you have going on or a loud mission briefing. Some go as far to assuming a black man doesn't know what 4K or 100k means. Lol. Anyways to sum this all down, I'm telling you that this spot is one of those intellectual gold mines. Superior minds. Not in a discriminatory way either. So, if you have time to teach, make it at this location.”

“One of my favorite Vegan/Vegetarian places I know. Not only is the food great (and the dessert is better...), but that staff is incredible and always very accommodating. I recommend the Peanut Butter Chocolate cake- nobody can tell it's Vegan, as it's the best cake (vegan or otherwise) that I've ever had. For a meal, I usually have the Peanut Noodles. Great place!”
