“Everything I've tried is fantastic. I love that they use greenware, and that there's been no plastic containers with the food I've ordered. The lemonade has the perfect ratio of sweet and tart. The burger had great flavors, was cooked well, and is among the best I've had in Chicago. The grilled vegetables were good and are a nice option as a side, although the fries were wonderful as well. The chicken sandwich is also among some of the best I've had in Chicago. It had a nice flavorful breading that maintained its crispness and integrity through the last bite. Very enjoyable flavors, great toasting on the bottom of the bun, and the chicken itself was wonderfully moist. The chocolate chip cookie was a hit too. Sometimes they can be a little too chocolatey for me but theirs had a great flavor that wasn't overwhelming and it was big enough to split with another person. Very thankful for the delicious food and I love the aesthetic you're employing. Keep up the good work, I wish much success to you!”

With Covid they’ve stopped taking phone orders to pick up, so I either have to order through DoorDash and pay the fees or wait in line with people all over the sidewalk through their slow process. The roast farm chicken is definitely one of my favorite items on the menu. The drinks are classic but well executed. My critique is regarding the front of the house. The main hostess has been very rude and argumentative with me in several occasions and I have witnessed the same behavior with other customers. I understand we are going through rough times with COVID-19 but as customers we are looking for fun (or even normal) places to decompress after a long day at work and not more stressful situations. Once you pass that first layer at this place then you can find competent staff that can make you feel welcome. In summary, better service with less attitude would be the way to go....specially with so many options in the neighborhood.”
