“Based on breakfast alone, I would say service is excellent, the buffet is fully stocked with plenty of options including a cook to order omelet station. I have had several breakfasts here during my stay and look forward to when I return. As for price, well it is a higher end hotel so the price reflects that. Best get the room rate that includes breakfast as I expect it would be better than paying individually for a family. Will probably try this location for dinner tonight.”

“First time there and I wasn't disappointed. Late night food was great. Big flavorful wings. The quesadilla and crazy fries appetizer were enough for 4 of us to share. Reasonable drink prices, karaoke on friday with a great host. The staff was fun and attentive even getting in on the singing while tending bar. Closed the place and enjoyed every minute”

“While visiting Chinatown we went to Dolo for the convenience of free parking and we were pleasantly surprised by the experience as well. The food was served family style and they were very patient with our lack of understanding their broken English. The food came in a reasonable amount of time, it was hot, and the seafood was done to perfection. Though there was a misunderstanding with one of our dishes, it was quickly corrected. The laid back atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy our meal. Great place to go in a pinch or as a plan.”

“I went with a group of 9 people on Sunday afternoon. It's was packed inside but we were lucky and found a table. Everyone was pretty happy with their food. They have a good selection and not very expensive. Most food items are around $10, with is not bad in this area. Staff were friendly and always smiling. The atmosphere and interior design made me feel relaxing and pleasant. I took out one star for music being a bit loud and noisy that day. But according to my friend it's not always like that. All in all, I would recommend this place.”

“My wife and I came to Oceanique during Restaurant Week 2019. Their specialty is French and American Cuisine. The food was great. We dined on their fixed dinner menu of various fish dishes. The place is very warm and inviting. The service was excellent. Parking is not a problem. Lots of street parking available or you can valet your car. The restaurant is a little pricey outside of Restaurant Week 2019, but it is well worth it. This is a place where you want to celebrate a special event in your life with that special someone. Enjoy!”

“I was brought here after a dinner date for a nightcap recently. Since my date insisted on paying I did not really pay attention to the prices but this is your typical after-hours bar. It wasn't too late (10pm on a Sunday) but it was very quiet; not too many hotel guests at the time we went. I actually prefer places that don't blast music so loud that you can't carry on conversation so this place was a great choice for a drink after dinner. I had a whiskey sour and my date had a rum & cola: both were prepared well and our bartender was either snarky or flirtatious (hard to tell) and that was just fine with us. I'd go back to a place like this ????”

I've been there several times since, and I have to say that I never again experienced slow service. Quite the contrary, they are well staffed and accommodating. Check them out on Friday nights for live musicians. Have the calamari! Well done, guys. -------------------------- January 2018: Good food. Came in at 6PM, and bartender was overwhelmed. Not her fault...she was the only one working. I'll come again...maybe someone called off...she tried her best, but the volume of customers was a bit too much for anyone. I had the habanero corn chowder and the burnt tips - both were spicy and delicious. If this place were in W. Michigan, I'd be there once a week just to sample the entire menu (which is vast). We sat at the bar and our bartender was very knowledgeable of the menu and drink selections. Overall, a shiny bright experience on a bleak Thursday afternoon.”

“The service is okay, but it takes forever to get your food even when its not busy. I think they literally only have one cook! The diet coke is always flat. The waitress seems a little disoriented and scattered brained, but always nice. The portions are HUGE and the price is actually very inexpensive, but the temperature of the food isn't always up to par. The tater tots are never fresh. I don't know why someone would prep tater tots that only take 2 minutes to cook. They should always be made when ordered, not before! I have tried the 1/2 lb burger, which is fresh but flavorless. The club sandwich was okay, but they need to fully cook the bacon. It shouldn't be served cold. The jalapeno cheese corn fritters were fresh and good, but a little too doughy for my taste. My co-workers love the Cobb Salad and the portion size is HUGE.”
