“This location is always clean when I come and I cannot believe how they keep the floors clean with all the bad weather we have had. The service is also so nice and they always have a smile when they serve you. They also have the best coffee and no other Duncan can make the coffee as this location does. They have the magic touch. Silvia and JR they are the best. If they are not in I do not know how I would be able to finish my day. They wake always start my day with a smile and that means a lot to me. When my day starts this way it helps my day go the day with a positive note. Trust me I am not a person who does good service as I am one that will complain about anything but they need a raise here as they do a perfect job to make sure that the customer is happy. If they are not here anymore I will stop coming so you need to make sure that they are taken care of.”

“I have received better customer service at other locations. This location does not have kiosks. There was no thank you from the cashier, no eye contact, not even a "Have a nice night." He did not ask for my rewards number, I had to remind him to put it in. The tables were dirty and there was no one attending to the dining room. My sandwich was thrown together sloppily-- the french onion soup was at least the same quality, and thank goodness my visit ended on a good note-- my almond raspberry thumbprint cookie was delicious.”

“I went to this McDonald’s about a year ago and they messed everything up. I wasn’t even sure I got the meal that I ordered or maybe someone else’s it was THAT BAD.. I went there today to give it another shot and wow! The line moved so quickly and efficiently and my food was ready to go in no time and WOTHOUT ONION like I ordered this time! I do have an allergy to onion so this is slightly more important to me than others. The food tasted great too! I’m not sure who to thank but all of the staff working on Feb 19/2019 at 1:30pm. “I live within walking distance of the McDonald's on N. Lewis, in Waukegan, IL. I think I ordered the daily special which was 2 Bacon Quarter Pounder Cheeseburgers. I don't normally get the Cheeseburger. I would rather the have just the Quarter Pounder Hamburger. This is the only McDonald's in this area that has it. I could get it at other locations but I get charged for the Quarter Pounder Cheeseburger...they just don't put cheese on it. Sorry, but I am not going to pay the same price and then still have to pay for them NOT putting cheese on my burger! They don't charge me regular cheeseburger price for a regular hamburger! When was the last time anyone got charged for leaving off the cheese?”
