“All in all it was a pleasant experience. The drive thru was pretty fast. The ordering process was just like almost every other fast food restaurant. The person on the intercom was friendly and helpful. I order a chicken sandwich and fries. My husband got a double cheeseburger and fries. The food was hot and it wasn't burnt. The fries were cooked perfectly. Sometimes you get those stale fries that taste like they were just dipped in hot oil again to heat them. Not here. Ive been here at least 4 times and have yet to get cold food.”

“This is not your average BBQ. I've been eating at Beast since they opened. I've arguably tried every item on the menu at some point in time. Currently, I'm obsessed with the Basted Belly. It's unlike anything you've had. Once you're like me and have tried most of the staple offerings, I encourage you explore additional menu items. Their chicken wings are top notch. They have incredible turkey, the brussel sprouts made me rethink my childhood. Sincerely, there is something for everyone at Beast. Quality Product that's worth every penny. “Good, reasonably priced fast food. However, beware! We have on numerous occasions arrived for a dine-in meal only to find doors locked because they were UNDERSTAFFED! Only the drive-thru was open. We, first thought this was a local area issue but recently went to a store in the St. Louis area and came across the same issue. Now we're not talking late hours which would be a little more understandable but late afternoon hours. What could be causing such a practice???”

“Imo's pizza is very good. It would be nice if the east end Imo's and the west end Imo's would run consistent specials. My pizza was good however I initially ordered it because I was informed on Wednesday from 4-8 PM it was buy one get one free large pizzas. No that's the west end Imo's our special is buy an extra large get an extra large half price. It was disheartening because my friend lives in that area but I live in the west end and it seems like I will have to order my food across town if I would like to have special offers.”

“This was the best quality food I have ever gotten from any Jack I have been to. I ordered a buttery Jack and curly fries. Their downfall was their bathroom and service, they weren't rude and the tables were clean, but it was hard to order just what I ordered and had to receive a refund because it wasn't clear to them what I ordered and charged my incorrectly. Easiest thing they can do to improve the experience would be to check the bathrooms more often than they do and maybe go through and coach employees on better order taking. Like I said earlier, the food was on point and was the best of any Jack.”

“Cool atmosphere. You order your food at the window. Pay. Find a seat. A waitress will come get your drink order. Pick up your food at the window when your number is called. Food is cheap. Portions of fries are small. The fried pickles were nice portions and delicious. The pizza is very thin, lots of cheese, a semi sweet sauce and a great deal. I'd love to visit more often but yearly will have to suffice!”
