“My visit was based on a visit during a weekend night. 1. The closing hours listed online and in maps are an hour off. 2. Everything was bland and I do understand this is not authentic Latin American/Mexican food. 3. The girl that was serving me my food was annoyed that it was my first time in here ordering. She explained how and what to order after she saw MY face. 4. She had fake, light blue nails that poked through her gloves. When I told the cashier about it, she seemed to care less. 5. The tortilla chips were over salted, like ‘licking a salt stone for horses’ salty. Maybe they’re not like this, maybe it was a bad night. But I definitely know that no one should be wearing fake nails when handling/serving food. Also, gloves should be changed if punctured.”

“We have been here several times for lunch and dinner. In the middle of the day it has been great. No trash all over, food comes out in a timely manner or we get the buffet which has been good and has a decent selection, the games had tickets and all worked. Coming here at night is completely different. The experience is 1 star. The place always seems to be trashed. Several machines we played on were completely out of tickets. 2 ski ball machines just took credits off the card, when I told someone working there he just said, yeah and walked away. The pizza took about a hour to come out. We had to clean a table off to eat. This place is a bit pricey to be cleaning up someone else's mess! The kids have fun and we will be back, but never again during the evening”

We will continue our patronage of your establishment!! What a TERRIBLE PIZZA & service!!! The manager was unprofessional & rude. I called to let them know my pizza was over cooked, poorly made!! He tried to tell me when I should call in if a pizza is not quality. I advised I had not had one before this horrible & he was making excuses as to why the cheese was over cooked & how no one else had complained as evidence that mine was fine, the customer must be the issue. What a horrible representation of a pizza as well as services. Even though I told him I did not want another pizza he did not offer any reassurance of better service in the future. Please choose another independently owned Imo’s. No business is perfect that you will not do your level best to create a stellar opportunity for great service.”

“I've been eating here all my life. And I LOVE Arby's!! The food is always great, but this place keeps HORRIBLE hours! Both here & the Belleville location. If you look up their hours it may say they close at 10 or even 11:00, but it's a REGULAR occurrence for them to close around 9 instead. It's been that way for years. I used to try to go there in the mornings and they were supposed to open at 9am, but instead wouldn't open until 10am or later. The management simply doesn't care about keeping consistent, regular hours.......”

“Fantastic food and service! They didn't get the first order correct last time I went, so put a new pizza in the oven and still gave us the first for free. (My fiance didn't care and just wanted to eat. I wanted the pizza as ordered. We were both happy with the result.) For me, it's not that mistakes are never made, it's how you recover. I appreciated their customer service. This is my fiance's favorite restaurant. He loves the lasagna. My family recently used them for a party in the back room. Great location for the party. They even cut the outside cake we brought in.”

“I tried the winter hash, it's a limited time only item. I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was, there was a lot of menu items, and the food was great! My poached eggs were made to perfection. The corn beef hash on the menu is also better than any I've had in years! They also are accommodating to switch out for egg whites for stricter diets. I am well pleased with my visit. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is because it was so busy and line reached outside! There is not much more than a few seats, no real waiting area/room. The temps were cold enough to snow outside and my little daughter and I had to stand in the cold. ***Update: I went in again and ordered the French toast with cinnamon butter. It was amazing! Also, no wait today. We had a wonderful experience!”

Buns were soft, meat was fresh, roast beef was a little too salty so my husband couldn’t finish it, menu was clean and simple, and price was on the “higher” side for “fast food” but definitely worth it. $14-15 for a roast beef meal, turkey sandwich & fries. Went through the drive through but everything looked very clean.”

They have great servers, the staff goes above and beyond to make sure the water is filled, no extra plates left on the table, making sure what we ordered is up to the standard. The wait staff knows the menu very well and had suggestions for me based on my likes and dislikes. The bartenders also make great drinks. This is a great place to go if you want a fancy restaurant or if you have family in town and want to treat them to an amazing meal.”

“Great flavored smoked meats and sausages. I ordered the "Meat Daddy" mean to get a little bit of everything: pulled pork, brisket, jalapeno cheddar sausage, pork loin, and ribs. Each of them was cooked perfectly with a great smoky rub, options for barbeque sauces are abundant so you can mix and match flavors. The pulled pork was a bit dry, really the only low point for the meats. Sides were pretty disappointing to be honest. Potato salad had little flavor, could maybe use some paprika and mustard, and the BBQ beans were way too sweet for my taste. I'll be back for sure as the BBQ was excellent, but will definitely be getting some different sides.”
