“I have to give the bread company 5 stars because the only time I am disappointed is when I am too late for their cinnamon streusel bagel. (Like red lobster with their cheddar biscuits the bread co should be swimming in this style bagel). Now that they deliver it is even better. The delivery guy got here fast and was courteous to boot. It is difficult to find younger employees that will make eye contact with the customers. Everything, either savory or sweet, that I have tried has been good. I assume that is why the company itself is doing so well.”

I had Japanese noodles with a side of Wisconsin Mac and cheese. Very tasty. My wife had Zucchini noodles and a green salad. All very good. Not too expensive of a meal. We enjoyed it.”

He tried to tell me when I should call in if a pizza is not quality. I advised I had not had one before this horrible & he was making excuses as to why the cheese was over cooked & how no one else had complained as evidence that mine was fine, the customer must be the issue. What a horrible representation of a pizza as well as services. Even though I told him I did not want another pizza he did not offer any reassurance of better service in the future. Please choose another independently owned Imo’s. No business is perfect that you will not do your level best to create a stellar opportunity for great service.”

“This was by far my favorite Taco Bell ???? UNTIL the last 9-12 months (?). Was there a change in management? In the past I NEVER had problems with my order being incorrect but in this last nearly a year, I’ve had more orders severely incorrect than ever correct. I typically spend $20-$25 a visit, including others orders with mine and they’re repeated wrong, the speaker in drive thru has not worked well at all, or they’ve not heard me correctly many times, causing repeats of my order and more time in line for everyone. Typically a line and I hate pulling over to check my order, and don’t have time so I take the chance and I usually eat the mistakes made. I’m never given more than I ordered. Always less which is a pain. If I didn’t like Taco Bell so much I’d stop patronizing this one. That’s how much I loved their service before. The staff is not nearly of the same friendliness as under the old management either. Just an all around disappointment 8-10 visits.”

My only complaint is that they have all the plastic forks in the dispenser box tines up which means whomever grabs a fork puts their grubby fingers over the part that pokes your food then goes into your mouth.
