“Went with the family on a Sunday shortly after noon and the place was packed! They opened one week before we went and the town is still excited about having an A&W in the area. The workers were kind and helpful. Table service is a nice surprise in a fast food restaurant and the woman who brought our food even came by later to ask if everything tasted good. I had a hotdog and a root beer float in a tall mug. I enjoyed every bite, as did the rest of the family. Since this restaurant is housed in an old bank, they left the vault door that leads into what looks like what will become a small arcade with a trophy case housing A&W memorabilia. And the old bank's drive through is a similar setup to a diner you'd see in Happy Days where they put the order number tag on the outside of your window and they walk the food out go the customer- similar to Sonic.”

“Went for dinner. The kiosk method of ordering is not as intuitive as one would think. Almost every party that came in needed assistance from an employee. The food did come out VERY quick and was well prepared. I was a bit annoyed with employees on their phones behind the counter while I waited to pay at the register. I enjoyed the overall meal and will give it another try sometime.”

“The red sauce is sweet and smoky. The meat (brisket and pork) were a lot fattier than I care for (and it wasn’t easy to separate). Service was fast and friendly. There are a lot of TVs. The front door is on the corner away from the road — not the doors that are open on the side facing the main road like it looks. The outdoor space with fireplace looks awesome. Hubby says their bbq beans were good. The cornbread has misc peppers in it. Gotta love excel soda :-).”

“Stopped in for the first time on 7.30.22. Wow-Wow-Wow! The food is truly amazing. Bought several different items and the family members just raved over all of it. The ingredients are of high quality and the recipes are just perfection. We purchased ham/cheese croissants, brownies, cookies, a peach crumb dessert and some meal snacks. The finished presentations were just amazing. I already have several items scoped out for this weeks adventure and I will be a regular customer. Thank you for sharing your amazing culinary talent. Purchased several items for family members and everybody just raved about the recipes, the fabulous taste and the high quality ingredients. We purchased paninis, rigatoni that was absolutely amazing, ham and cheese croissants and chicken quesadillas. We also purchased a couple of brownies, a couple of raspberry thumbprint cookies, a jar of tiramisu, an oatmeal Whoopie pie and the lemon blueberry bread. We cut the desserts into bite size pieces and placed them on a plate so everybody could try everything out. I would buy every single item again and again. Absolutely delicious. The staff that waited on me were all so pleasant and a joy to talk with. Made it a great shopping experience!!! I will be back over and over.”

They have some nice inside dinning that could easily take care of my family of 7, plenty of outside seating, along with a bar side that opens up to the patio. “I was in town for work and decided to check this location out. Amazing atmosphere, great music and everyone looks like they were in a good mood. I had a chance to meet one fo the girl, her name is Kennedy. Kennedy is extremely beautiful, super easy to talk to, really nice and a genuine person. She has the cutest smile which made you warm your heart when she looks at you. “A friend of my husband's suggested we give it a try; so we made it our "date-night" activity. We ordered in advance online and drove an hour to pick-up our order at the Regency. I had a single All American and added bacon. It was so good. The bacon was thick-cut, unlike anything you ever see on a burger these days. In addition to the several dill pickles on the burger, I could taste the dill in the sauce which was a nice consistent flavor even after the bites of pickle were gone. My husband had tried the original Phantom Burger. He said it was "...unbelievably good. It was unparalleled to anything else he has ever had." In fact, he's told everyone we've talked to that they have to try it, and asked for it every night for dinner the week after, so I know he's hooked! I'm sure we'll be heading back to O'Fallon, IL again very soon! Well worth the trip!”
