“Love this place! We came opening weekend so the line was a bit long but that’s to be expected. The inside is very clean and modern looking. Theres tables indoors as well as outdoors to dine at. There’s a ton of salad options to choose from otherwise you can build your own salad bowl just the way you like it and they have tons of options for toppings dressings. Only complaint is that it is a bit costly and I wish you could get more toppings without paying extra.”

As to its thin crust, while some may appreciate its lightness and crispness, I personally prefer a slightly thicker crust with a bit more chewiness. Aside from pizza, we also sampled the wings and a few other appetizers. While they didn't dazzle my taste buds, they were still enjoyable. I also really enjoyed my beer served in a frosty chill glass. The only aspect that could use some improvement at Pizza Pavia is the service. On our visit, the food was served a bit slower than anticipated. However, I believe this is an issue with a new establishment and can be easily addressed, and it doesn't overshadow the overall experience. All in all, Pizza Pavia is a welcome addition to this neighborhood dining scene. Its location and inviting atmosphere make it a convenient and pleasant choice for locals. Since that day she's eaten nothing but cheesewich, and now she's engaged to be married! I'm not sure what her finances last name is, but I can only assume it's Cheesewich, which makes her heiress to the cheesewich empire! Exciting times! I ordered the happy hour wings with Korean sauce and it was probably my least favorite thing out of the night that's why I have taken away 1 star. Wings was very hard and dry. Maybe I'm just not a wings kinda gal. However the Mac and cheese with bacon was absolutely fantastic! The chocolate mousse cake was creamy and Devine. They even brought a sparkler for my boss for her birthday cake. Plenty of seating and a very nice atmosphere. Will definitely be back for sure. Food was pretty good all around. But my favorite has got to be the Mac and cheese and the cake!”

We ordered the Taiwanese popcorn chicken, but our order got lost in the Grand Opening chaos for awhile (no biggie!) When they realized they missed our order they made it right away and offered us a FREE extra drink!!! What!!! So nice!!! We got the Grapefruit peach green tea. Best drink of the three!
