“Good place for BBQ. You can find better but you would have to look pretty hard in Iowa to find it. Always had good service here and never had to wait to be seated. Prices are reasonable although I'd call the servings a little on the small side compared to traditional BBQ joints. Their sauce selection is kind of limited but the flavor is decent. If you are in town and in the mood for BBQ it's definitely worth checking out.”

“I love Applebee's!!!! My favorite thing on the menu is the steak and parmesan shrimp! I would recommend when ordering how you want you steak you request it a little more done. (Example: if you want a medium rare, then request medium.) The staff is super! Our waitress was always looking out and I am always impressed with the friendliness of the waitresses! On a side note, I also recommend the nachos!”

“Doubtful you will find friendlier staff than those of Cabin Coffee. We frequent four locations in Iowa and Minnesota. They all employ great people! We stick mostly with lattes both hot and cold, they are just as good as Starbucks but different in flavor. My favorite is the tall cinnamon latte with four shots, the wife likes the tall vanilla iced latte. A very popular gathering place. Do stop in if you see one.”

“5 stars for our service. Our waitress was attentive and extremely friendly. Our food was served to us a in reasonable time frame and our drinks were always full. I ordered a grilled chicken salad and was pleasantly surprised to receive bright green leaf lettuce and diced grilled chicken- exactly the way I like it. Most places offer ripped iceberg lettuce with large chunks of chicken. Menu selection is more sports bar than cafe but either way we'll return again.”

Tacos were pretty good. Rest of our meals probably would have been better if the other reviews didn't make it sound so good. If I came here again I would just get tacos and an empenada to go. It's good Mexican food for people who've never been south of I-40. The great service, prices and cleanliness make it a good fast food choice for lunch and that's why I give it 4 stars, but I couldn't honestly place the food in the top 10 for fast food Mexican places I've ate at. The food was fresh at least, just not anything great.”
