“There was a typical wait time for the busiest part of the evening when we went. The employees were rock solid as we watched 4 to 5 families very verbally complain about the wait time etc. As soon as we were seated we were greeted by our server and had immediate fantastic service. Our server was unbelievable. The food was amazing and the price was good for us. We left very full and happy. This was a great experience for us!!”

“pizza was good and i had the gluten free option. my husband and kids had pepperoni. only down side to this place is depending on what door you come in its not the best greeting per say. we came in the rear door from rear parking (yes its meant for customers to come in) and when you come in its like you in the spot between the bar and people eating. waitress walked by us standing there at least 5 times before we asked to be seated. It was obvious what we were there for!”

“My wife and I stopped after shopping, we were seated right away and our waitress quickly came to get our drink orders and then our food orders. For as few of customers there were, our drinks took about 10 minutes. I ordered the burger and it was VERY well done, And by that I mean overcooked for sure. Had I know they cooked on the farthest well done of the spectrum, I would have ordered something else. My wife had coconut shrimp and the corn and crab chowder, it was very good and she enjoyed it very much. Overall, it was a nice place to eat and the atmosphere was nice.”

As for the sauce they only put on a little bit which makes it so amazing, you do not have pizza for the SAUCE you have it for the cheese and toppings. “I went here with a small group and everyone liked what they ordered. The pollo loco is what I had. The cheese sauce was rich and creamy, and the guacamole tasted fresh and was just the right consistency. The service was excellent, even with the restaurant being very busy. The chips with the salsa were still warm when they brought them to the table. One thing to note, one of the people I was with did comment that her margarita was a bit too strong, but there are people who prefer it that way. The portions were so generous we needed boxes to take the leftovers home. Great food, great value!”

The wait was average to a little quicker than average and the young man at the drive through window seemed to be genuinely polite with eye contact and a smile. Glad they tried to make it right but they failed the second time by not adding any chicken. “Famous Dave's is probably one of my favorite restaurants, and this location has a lot to do with that. I really enjoy the look of the restaurant, and no matter which room you're seated in, the theming is fun without being in your face or over the top. If the weather is nice, the screened in patio is my favorite place to eat. It almost feels like a mini vacation in a way. The staff is always friendly here, and I've never experienced bad service. Even when we've sat on the patio, the staff always makes sure to keep drinks filled and check to see how we're doing. Wait times never seem too long, either. Most importantly, the food here is great. There's better barbecue, even locally, but I always leave feeling satisfied, and I don't think I've ever had a bad meal here. The prices are fair, and I always leave feeling like I got my money's worth. Famous Dave's also has a fairly generous rewards program, so I earn "Bones" pretty quickly, which helps save money on future visits. I have nothing but good things to say about this Famous Dave's location, and we will keep going back as long as we're in town.”
