However, a elderly man made a comment to me about my kids that was very rude and uncalled for. My kids didn't bother him or anybody else. The staff likes kids but apparently the older patrons DO NOT. My kids weren't angels but they weren't bad. Just a grumpy old man ruined my experience there. Hope to return but probably not for lunch on Fridays.”

The lady said they could remake the drink, but clearly they couldn't make it right the first time. My sister was very polite about it, but the employees were rude. Hayleigh, if that was her name, and the blonde with long hair were whispering to each other and shaking their heads. Very poor customer service. We were visibly upset at this point because we could have been extremely rude. I am from Michigan, but my sister lives here. I will never come to this one again. Awful customer service. Lazy, childish employees. Update: went there today and the staff was very pleasant. Seems like they got a new batch of employees.”
