“My cat Taffy and I visited Starbucks this morning. The line was long but it was well worth the wait. Taffy enjoyed hanging out the window as we waited to get to the window. She's been to Starbuck a few times now so she knows there is a treat coming her way. When we got to the window Taffy tried her hardest to join the girls working. They complimented her eyes and made her feel extra pretty. Taffy loved her treat and I loved my sandwich and coffee! My iced cloud caramel macchiato was perfect and my sandwich was hot and delicious! “This is the best McDonalds I have visited, breaking a decade long boycotting of the chain after a series of food poisoning incidents from franchises in North Carolina. There is ample space both in the drive-through and after ordering, with 5+1 spots available to wait in if they are cooking your order fresh. Fries are always too hot to handle and the vegetables served with the burgers are crisp and delicious. I have yet to get cold fries, warm soda, or rotten vegetables in my order. It seems a large portion of the employees are local highschool students, so McDonalds also provides that service to the community.”

It's not the super smashed flat tenderloins that have very little meat in them. Perfectly balanced meat to breading ratio that has juicy pork in every bite. “This is THE BEST Starbucks there is!! I will change my route, or plan my errands so that driving to this location makes sense. I have had multiple instances of excellent, amazing service and honestly, this review is long overdue. Anytime I have ever had a less than perfect drink, it has been fixed or re-made no questions asked and I have never been treated less than amazingly- shout out to Sydney today who was so kind and helped me correct my error without missing a beat. One experience that stands out to me, and speaks to how long this store has been on top of their game, was when I made an order for pick-up; I reached for my coffee on the counter, I grabbed too close to the lid, popping the lid off and losing my cup! I was so sad and a bit embarrassed. I immediately looked around for napkins and tried to pick up the ice cubes and a lovely barista comes running out with the mop saying not to worry about it and cleaned my mess promptly and with a smile. I felt a little bit better and tried to help with what I could- I went to the counter and asked if I could order another drink and I was told they were almost done making it already, no need to order or pay again. As someone who was having a rough start to their day, this level of customer service and general kindness made me feel SO MUCH BETTER and changed the tone of my day. This was about two years ago, and the service has been that great for years before and ever since. I always get a cold brew with cream, and different locations think that different amounts of cream are “normal” and that can be a huge bummer and lead to inconsistency with the same drink order, but this location makes it the best. It is consistent no matter who makes the drink, which is hugely important in my opinion. There are a few employees that have been there for quite some time and are just amazing. Nellie, the store manager is fantastic and the personification of perfect customer service!!!”

I've had some drink mistakes that I feel like could be prevented more if they were reading back orders. I think part of this is due to high volumes of people and them trying to take orders while trying to hand out order at the same time. Full focus isn't there.”
