I personally recommend the oyster poor boy and gumbo. Cole slaw was especially good. Mississippi mud pie and bread pudding were just perfect. “This is a great place to get your chicken for home or tailgate. Give it a try but I bet that everyone has. I must say that i am not a big fried food ester but my daughters both have leftover fingersfrom their dinner and that had to be the tastiest and most tenderfingers i have ever had. “What a wonderful place to eat! My wife and I drove in from out of town and were looking for a healthy place to eat lunch. The choices were varied and the portions were very generous. I had the meat-lover's salad and was absolutely stuffed! My wife had the Berry salad, and couldn't finish it all. She said it was excellent! The ambiance is very warm and inviting and the staff were all very nice. Highly recommended!”

The meat was shrimp, beef, & chicken were seasoned well, tender, & onions/bell pepper were nicely caramelized. The guacamole was homemade & very tasty. “The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hot bar is my favorite part of Salad Station! Hot food is always fresh. The chicken is delicious. I love the baked potato bar. And I absolutely love coming for the strawberry lemonade! The salad bar is incredibly fresh with most any item you could want on a salad. I had the House Peppercorn dressing and I may not try anything else (it was that good!!). The hot bar had BBQ pulled pork that was just perfect! It is a self-serve set up, but the staff was very helpful and attentive. The place was clean well kept. We will definitely make this a regular stop.”

“This place is amazing!! The owner was so nice and the restaurant had such a warm hospitality to it. But, the food y'all, THE BBQ WAS SO SO TASTY!!!! I would recommend that if anyone ever has a craving for some flavorful and juicy barbecue, that you would choose this place! I got the pulled pork, the brisket, and the ribs as my three meats, and then I got mashed potatoes and green beans as my sides. It was to die for!! Again, just amazing all around!”

“They are only open for lunch at this location; I wish they were open nights, I'd eat there in the evening also. The moussaka was not like I'm used to, but was good; the spinach pie, vegetarian grape leaves, and muadra (sp) were wonderful. I found I prefer ordering several "sides" instead of their "specials" or package deal lunches, but I've done that too, and was satisfied (did the Gyros, nicely spiced & flavorful, and tender -- not dry). They take all major credit cards.”
