“Jaf the Sushi House is located in a strip mall and doesn’t have any curb appeal. However we decided to give them a try after reading the reviews. We ordered the crab salad, Fancy Mama Roll, Bye Bye Katrina Roll, and Beef Udon. Everything was delicious and the service was great. Everything tasted fresh. The crab salad had just the right moisture and was tasty with cucumbers. The beef in the Beef Udon had a grilled taste and wasn’t fatty. The broth had a nice taste and noodles were cooked perfectly. The rolls were very fresh and the perfect size. We will be back!”

“The location of this restaurant is near my house so it is very convenient. I only order takeout. I gave 3 stars for service because sometimes it is very difficult to get in touch with them. You will have to keep calling. My last experience was last week and it was about 45 mins before closing. I kept calling and by the 5th call someone answered. I was told that they weren’t taking orders because the credit card machine was broken. I then asked if I can pay with cash and there was a pause before saying yes. When I arrived there was only one person in the restaurant. It was true that the credit card machine was broken but I have a feeling that they didn’t want to take anymore orders. This might’ve been a one time thing but just be cautious when calling in the hour before closing time. This restaurant is in a strip mall, so it is pretty much a large room with tables. I just remember seeing a lot of white and some clutter. I would consider it to be fast casual dining and most people probably aren’t on dates. I always order the same thing. The pork, shrimp and egg roll vermicelli. It is very good. The picture that I have posted is from my last experience. Usually there is more meat and onions, but nevertheless it was delicious. The pork can be a little salty but eating it with the noodles helps. Overall, I think this restaurant is worth trying, especially if you are in the mood for Vietnamese food.”

“I went at lunch and got the 4/ $10 carne asada tacos and a coffee. The staff is very sweet, and didn't charge me for my coffee since there was some confusion about flavors on the menu. “Good stuff. 👍 I don't frequent this location often, but when I do, it's never busy, and the drinks are well made. My wife usually orders online while we're already in route to the store. Which is about a 5 to 10 minute drive, and our drinks are always ready and waiting when we get there. I would've given them 5 stars if their prices were a little cheaper. Hence, the reason we don't frequent this location often, or any Starbucks for that matter.”

“My first time to this place. I went because of the $1 dollar tacos. By far the best $7 dollar I’ve ever spent. Homemade corn tortillas. Made fresh in front of you. “Nice place, very popular with locals..place was packed and very noisy at 6pm on Friday. Wait was only 10 minutes. Loved the fried mushrooms, light, crisp batter, big juicy mushrooms. “So, other than not being used to thick thick tortillas, (Salvadoran style), everything was cooked and done well. Great service from Laura. I ordered eggs over easy a la mexicana...I like my food spicy and this was not, however the taste was good, I added sauces to get some heat. The maduros ( fried plantain / banana) were good, and I am not very fond of fried banana but these had a great balanced mild sweet flavor, the cream complimented perfectly. The rating 5star is premature, because I had breakfast but also ordered a variety of popusas for lunch at work... so ill add another post for that. But if the popusas are as good as bfast was ... then 5 it is.”
