“Great little Cafe. Love the turkey panini and French dip. Clean dinning room. Inside and outside seating. Soft serve is like the one from Disney. We stop for a cone after school and pickup dinner Togo.”

“I stopped by on my way to drop my son off at school after an appointment. Despite the drive through line getting absolutely slammed, the staff was courteous and fast with our order. The seating area was clean and presentable. No complaints from me, will certainly visit again!”

“Best affordable breakfast and lunch spot in the new Orleans area. And the doughnuts are off the chain. Quality service, and quality local folks from the Gretna area. Definitely in my rotation. Best cheese grits in town also. And as far as the battle of the best hot glazed goes, they are definitely amongst the best!”

“I love donuts, I love donuts so much I had a dog named donut. Since I was a child going for donuts and coffee has been a favorite family outing. As I've gotten older I've stopped eating them as often because of how decadent donuts can be. Today was my first time eating donuts from Joe's and these were perfect! Although they were decadent they were not over done. The balance of donut to filings was perfect and did not over saturate my palate. Even my husband who can usually only eat one donut had 3. We also got the French fries which were delicious and well seasoned as well as the biscuits and gravy. The biscuits were fluffy, flaky and everything you'd want from a biscuit. The sausage gravy was perfectly seasoned and had big chunks of sausage which we LOVED! All the staff we encountered were very friendly and patient especially with my extra wild toddler running amok. Loren at the counter is an absolute delight! Thank you all, we'll be back, especially for the breakfast served all day!”

“I really like supporting local businesses. This PJs really made me happy. Sooooo happy I stopped in for a hot mocha. The ladies greeted me with a smile and had outstanding customer service. Anytime I'm in the area(or you are) I'll def stop in for a smile and coffee.”

“Omg! What can I say about this place. The old brew options, actually iced coffee in general options are truly endless! I also order the spinach puff and lord is was amazing. They were out of a few food items that we ordered but made is very easy to replace the items with something else.”

“This place has excellent food but their kitchen always opens way later than they intend to. All you can get in the early hours is drinks. I've come here for their great food multiple times and been told the cook is late again, come back later. The bartenders are excellently lovely though, I love this spot overall, they just need to get their kitchen situation straightened out.”

“Love the aesthetic of the place plus there’s tons of vendors with lots of different cuisines to try. There’s something here for everyone! I tried the Indian food from Everything Spice and was seriously impressed. I also enjoyed happy hour at the Mayhaw which is every weekday from 4-6pm and select craft cocktails & wines are $7! There’s quite a bit of seating inside and outside and it was fairly easy to park nearby. I will definitely be back!”

“I went for breakfast since a friend recommended the place. The presentation was great, as you can see in the pictures and my favorite was the Chicken and Waffles. I need to try out the lunch menu next time.”

“I've only used the drive thru, so I can't comment on the atmosphere inside. People are kind, patient, and helpful. Coffee and scones are so yummy! I'm not in that area often, but when I am, I make sure to stop for coffee and scones every time!”

“I went here for breakfast with family and we all loved our food. Everything we got was delicious. I got the banana French toast which was really good, the best I’ve had in a while. The hot sausage po boy was the perfect savory addition along with the crawfish omelette and shrimp and grits. I don’t know how describe the sauce with the crawfish but it was the tastiest thing I’ve had in New Orleans! Definitely would go back!”

“Absolutely phenomenally food! The rainbow bowl was so delicious and all I did the entire time was try to imagine how I can recreate it at home. I know it won’t be as good! This is a fantastic spot for anyone who’s health-conscious, but is a total unicorn for vegans and WFPB eaters. Do not miss The Daily Beet on your next trip to NOLA.”

“Let me tell you this is the best burger I EVER had and I’ve had some great burgers! It was fresh, juicy, and packed with flavor 😋I cannot rave enough about it enough like seriously someone get me a mascot costume at this point cause I’m telling everybody!! The fries…a moment of silence for the fries… *moment of silence* so freaking good. They were seasoned, crispy, and fresh baby the potato’s were potato’ing! It was so good I went back and ordered more for my coworkers. I don’t know what type of Midas hands they have in the kitchen but they are doing what needs to be done then exceeding that. Try it cause you’re definitely missing out!”

“This location makes the best caramel granitas. As good as they are, they are not as good as Tim Hortons Ice caps! But the carmel granitas are still growing on me and it's the ONLY thing I have ever ordered at a PJs. It also helps that this location has the best staff. Very friendly, they give off good energy and they are very efficient. With the amount of traffic that the gas station, break tag/car wash gets and have seen the outdoor and indoor seating areas completely filled with customers, I have never had to wait a long time to place my order. Wish I could give more stars because of the staff. When they see me walk up they just ask me how many, and have all my drinks ready to go in a couple minutes. In and out!!”

“After a horrible experience at the PJ’s Coffee in Slidell, the marketing manager provided me with a gift card to give them another chance. However, I went to this location and the service and coffee were great! I’m going to stick with the Covington location.”

“I am so happy my husband and I stopped in for breakfast! This adorable spot has some of the tastiest and freshest ingredients and dishes! The beverage menu is vast and even the coffee tastes made to order! My husband had the red velvet waffles and I ordered the Croque Madame! I was so pleased with the quality and the flavors! I only wished we lived closer because Scrambled would easily become a weekly favorite!!”

“Truly one of the best local coffee shops in the city. The owners and baristas are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They are always more than happy to allow our two large dogs in with open arms and treats. The coffee is phenomenal and easily one of the best lattes I’ve ever had. I also highly recommend their “spiced” cold brew on a hot day. With the new renovation and outdoor patio in back, this a perfect spot to stop in to warm up or cool off with great coffee and even better service. Also, do not sleep on their excellent breakfast burrito.”

“PJ's coffee is one of the best roasters in New Orleans, with many locations throughout the city and region. This particular store on Magazine Street is always clean, staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is fantastic. The courtyard is a truly peaceful spot, with beautiful alcoves equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture to enjoy coffee with friends, or read/study in. Inside, the store features several lounge-style rooms with cafe tables and couches. Overall it is generally a quiet and upscale coffee shop, while much less expensive than many national chain coffee shops.”

“Seven years ago, while in NOLA, my husband and I visited Piccola Gelateria and what a gelato, to die for. I think I tasted three different flavors and had afogato coffe with hazelnut ice cream. This is the best gelato I ever had. I had gelato many times in Italy, but none of those came even close to gelato at Ria’s. This year we went to New Orleans for a wedding, so I planned in advance a visit with my friends to this place, which is now located on Magazine Street. We Ubered there and the gelato was so yummy and the location is just perfect. It was seven of us and we all tried many different flavors and truly enjoyed it. The special treat we received from Ria was a pumpkin flavored gelato , how perfect, it was a Halloween weekend, and we all truly savored it. We Will be back 😋”
