“I visit this place every year when I am in Maine. The decor and facilities are outdated but it is part of the charm! Drink deals hardly change year to year so I LOVE the consistency, it keeps me coming back! Food is also really good for the price point. $3 mimosas are the best!! The only advice would be to look at renovating a little, adding a patio or a big window that can open to encourage sun chasers to also visit while being able to still take in the summer air!”

“A tad disappointed as I had heard this place was out of this world. I the lobster roll and it wasn’t as flavorful nor was there a lot of meat compared to other places for the $23 price in the area. My husband had a salad with lobster but again don’t think it was $30 worth. Also I believe I paid $5 for a children’s apple juice.... However, their staff is very nice and quick. Clean and cozy atmosphere and big parking.”

“My whole family stay's here every year for the past 7 years now. The place has a lot of space options. Hotel rooms & suites, to apartments, to whole houses. The past 3 years, we have settled into the Carriage House and it comfortably holds our whole family and then some, we've had as many as 18 at one time. The indoor pool is great for the kids and we use it every day after sitting on the beach.”

“We finally tried this place tonight after weeks of passing by it in OOB, and we were very pleasantly surprised with the outcome. The staff was very nice and very willing to help you better understand the menu, if you’re new to Vietnamese food, like myself. I have tried several other restaurants in the area that offer Pho, but nothing quite compares to this place— their Pho Ga is to die for! The restaurant itself is very cozy and tucked away in busy OOB, which is great if you’re looking to relax and eat some quality Vietnamese food— a hidden gem if you will. I DEFINITELY will be back!”

“Random stop as we drove past it on he way to OOB ... the food was excellent. Our server, Trina, was playful, answered our questions, and the best sever we had to date on our vacation (this speaks a lot from a server of 20 yrs). The food - the lobster Mac and cheese to die for! The appetizers were all good and the kids enjoyed them. My daughter got chicken tenders, a big portion, a little overdone for her liking but still delicious! That truly is the only reason I gave them 4 stars. 5 would be on the adult level. Truly a place to entertain. You won’t be disappointed!”

“Some of the best Thai food I have ever had. The exterior of the restaurant is a little run down and the interior is reminiscent of a 1970s bar, but the service is good. (I wish they would prepare the leftovers themselves instead of giving patrons containers.) Fast and friendly service. Excellent spring rolls, okay scallion pancake, okay Thai iced tea, excellent vegetable fried rice, excellent Pad Thai, excellent curry dishes. “Great location and patio area has great view of the river and smoke stack from mill across the way. Been here twice now... Last being over a year ago. Last time was memorable and food was great.bl This time the kids pasta was good (fresh home made pasta) and my son said the lobster roll was very good, but was disappointed with a couple dishes... mussels and fish tacos. Both had a heavy fish smell which made me question how fresh was. The mussels had such a strong smell, I could not even eat any, and had to send back. Maybe it was the Dijon sauce, but no matter what was not appeasing smell.”

I usually enjoy quiet when going out to breakfast. That said, the food is fast, it tastes good. Prices are very reasonable. Staff is friendly.”
