“Newest eatery to hit the Columbia Mall restaurant row, Urban Plates is a fun spot for healthy and tasty food. An interesting take on the cafeteria concept, three lines form at the start depending on if you want a salad, sandwich or platter. This directs people along the tray line in an efficient manner. Of course, you can have two or three of the offerings above in any combination, just queue up appropriately, and order your items as they are prepared. Everything is fresh, house made and to your order. There are craft brews, draft beer and tasty desserts. Prices are quite reasonable as well. The restaurant has a big, open decor, a variety of different seating arrangements, with interesting furniture and fixtures. Like a lot of modern restaurants, the lofty, industrial ceiling and hard surfaces make for elevated sound levels, but my visits were not in anyway overly loud. There is a nice outdoor seating area as well for those nice weather days, though the scenery is just the parking lot and folks walking by. Urban Plates falls in line with modern, trendy, Millennial-focused restaurants, with online ordering and quick pickup and other features in demand. It's worth checking out.”

“Amazing experience! Came here during lunch hour and got the half and half wings with fries. I would totally recommend. The chicken has this perfect crispness that I’ve never experienced before. So delicious! And the fries were great too. Loved that I didn’t feel gross after eating this. I think I’m addicted now.”

“I love the pizza here. My husband and I get takeout here once a week. We're both gluten free and I'm lactose intolerant while he's allergic to dairy. We get the gluten free crusts and dairy free cheese and it's great! No limit to toppings. 4 stars because the employees are a large part of the experience. Two in particular are very rude, and almost made me not want to return. However, mostly everyone is awesome! Special props to Julian (the musician) and Anthony (I think that's his name, he has red hair and is new) because they take great care to make the pizzas a work of art and are oh so very friendly, which is hard to do when working at a restaurant. They also give great topping suggestions. For those other cool people I don't remember by name, thank you!”

“The restaurant was nicely decorated and presented well. However the service was extremely slow on the Sunday that I went The food just left me disappointed. Never have I ever had such a terrible steak in my life. It was supposed to be the "game steak" for that day but there is nothing "game" about a bland steak. (Also what am I supposed to do with a roasted garlic on the side? No thank you.) The mussels they had were good and I highly recommend those but the 3 frog legs I was given was not worth it. The expense of the food did not match the experience that I had. I left very unsatisfied and that did not sit well with me for the rest of the night. It might have just been a bad Sunday on the restaurants part but nonetheless this was my experience.”

“I don't think I've ever had a bad meal here yet. They have a great selection of drinks although I usually lean towards their cocktail menu when I go. They also have rotating seasonal menus and I have yet to order something that I haven't liked. It is on the pricier end, but as long as you know that going in, I think the prices are very fair considering the quality you're getting.”

“We are gamers in my family and this place is one of the best. The prices aren't bad, the staff was helpful and friendly, and the games were much much MUCH better spaced out than some other places. The prizes were a bit better too, especially in the claw games. I loved how it more suited to every age and not just teens and adults. My 4 year old loves playing all the game with balls. “Maggiano's is excellent! The quality and quantity of their traditional Italian dishes is great. Order one of their pasta dishes and they'll send you home with your choice of a classic pasta dish for lunch the next day. They also have a meal for two that's a great deal, as it includes an appetizer and dessert, along with the extra pasta dishes. You won't leave hungry!”

“I was there for an event. The food was great. I love the little crab cakes sample and the endless summer cocktails they gave us. Food was tasty but service was slow. Our table doesn't get as much food as others until we stepped out and told them that we didn't get any chance to try the other food. People were nice and friendly. It was my first event and I didn't expect to get a menu to order food. We tried couple samples, they were all tasty. The cocktail was very good also. It tastes like lemonade with alcoholic. This is a new restaurant, I guess if you like seafood, check it out :)”

“Fine as a tea shop for the buying and selling of tea products, but Beware of the Bubble Tea Bar! Although fairly priced and with a good choice of flavors, on more than three occasions the base teas had clearly been sitting for long periods of time and were very bitter and unsuitable for use. Perhaps the turn over here is not as high as at some of the bubble tea chains, to Warrant making fresh tea every hour or so, but my experiences here tell me that they use a strong tea concentrate and keep it refrigerated in small bottles for long periods of time.”
