“Really great lunch special (served 11 AM to 3 PM). We ordered three takeout items: curry shrimp, pepper steak and tofu with mixed vegetable. Each came with fried rice and a spring roll. (The menu offered either plus a can of soda, but they gave us both since we didn't want the soda.) Everything was well-prepared with just the right amount of spicing. The tofu came well-dehydrated in a wonderful, thick soy sauce; this suggests that the tofu was fried very quickly at high temperature with soy sauce. I've never seen tofu, included that which I cook myself, turn out so well. The three meals were served in rigid (not foam) clam-shell containers that could be washed and re-used. Total cost for pickup and before tip was $21.52. Their delivery charge would have been $1.50.”

“There are 3 pho places in this area and this is the best one. Besides great pho, they also have really good BangMi sandwiches. You can get the sandwiches McDonald's Big Breakfast style and put it together from a hot plate or traditional. The young coconut drink is drained from actual coconut and poured in glass with ice and some coconut slices. You know the rent is expensive here and yet the prices are fair with quick and friendly service. I just hope it doesn't get too busy from being awesome all the time.”

“The sushi was fantastic here - even better than a lot of the shops in NYC. The eel was warm when being served, comparing to other restaurants which usually serve cold eel. The raw ones were very fresh, too! Beware that the listed lunch hours is until 3 pm, but they usually locked the doors well before that - aka the last customer leaves the restaurant and loghts are off before 3 pm.”

“Great place for a quick bite. Always go with the half chicken with 2 sides and never disappointed. I grab the different sauces in the small to-go containers for a different flavor. Nice ambience to this location. Clean restrooms. Parking available in the garage or on the street. It's located right in the downtown alley where all the action is. There is outside seating and during the summer there is a live band out there on certain days.”

“I've never really had any complaints about copper. The food is what's pretty good. I've tried almost everything on the menu. The staff is usually fast and nice. The serving sizes are usually big enough to feed two on a single dish or definitely have left overs. I will say though, something changed since I was there the last time. This time the calamari tasted a little bland and oily and the sauce they paired it with was a little lacking. The chicken in my rattlesnake pasta honestly tasted like it came out of a can vs it being cut up chicken breasts. It still tasted good but the consistency of the chicken was weird. Their fries are always on point and the sandwich we had was good. There's ample seating for various numbers of people even larger groups. I'll definitely come back again though.”

Found it by accident. 9 went to the AT&T store and parked right in front of it so when i finished at AT&T I was getting into my car and looked up and saw it and said to myself let me give it a try. When I first got up to the counter it reminded me of a bootlegged version of cava but when I saw the selections and actually tasted it, it was unique and delicious. The staff was polite and helped me out in choosing since it was my first time. I definitely enjoyed it and if I'm on the area again I'm definitely coming back.”

“Communal eating goes back to the beginning of time where I imagine humans gathered round fires to eat and drink and tell stories together. When you come together at hibachi, the feeling of togetherness is vivid. My date and I went to MASA HIBACHI on a Wednesday night, and while not that full, I noticed the people dining were enjoying every themselves, and more importantly, their food. Although our server was a bit distracted during our meal, she took our orders in a timely manner. When our chef came to the grill, he was very thorough in asking and repeating our order. He was adept at entertaining us while also preparing the food for the table with careful consideration, and quick efficiency. I appreciated how he smoothly switched from 'showing off', to fierce focus on the food. It actually made me happy to watch him dice and slice, mix and flip the meat, vegetables and rice. I understand better why the prices are what they are. Even while I noticed the different styles of the other chefs around the room, these are food artists, in how they prepare, and present the food the we eat. They should be given what they are due, and I had no issue with that. I also appreciated how diligent they cleaned and prepped their grill at the end of preparing the meal. My date and I had a thoroughly enjoyable evening, especially witnessing the 9 year old birthday boy at our table and his family, taking shots from the 'Sake-man'. A great place for a date or your whole family. And, the food was cooked to order without a heavy hand of seasoning.”

Since they opened we have been there at least 10 times and every single time they have a problem with the orders: someone took the wrong order, wrong order is delivered to the wrong table, order is wrong, order is missing (each one had happen to me directly). We were last night before attending a concert and we saw all those errors in less than half an hour. We particularly received the wrong order. I'm surprised they still in business with the cost of all mistakes. Advice to the manager/owner: revied your process. Something is wrong with the process flow.”

“Eggspectation is a really cozy, family-friendly restaurant - great for brunch. It gets really crowded on the weekends, so expect at least a 20 minute wait or more. “Very impressed with the quality of the Thai food here. The Thai iced tea was great, not too sweet so that you could taste the authentic tea flavors. The Tom Yum soup was amazing. Super flavorful with a kick of sweetness. Best Tom Yum soup I've had. We ordered the Pad Thai and Dragon Noodles with shrimp and seafood. Both were solid. Would def come here again!”
