“My visit here recently was my 1st Visit to any Jersey Mike's Location. I was excited after reading all of their great Reviews at other locations. I ordered via their App. I got the (Giant) Big Kahuna Sub. I wanted a Fountain Drink too, but I could not see where you could order that online. My total came to about $19.00 after the Tip. I noted that the inside was clean, nicely decorated and well-organized. It was busy but not too crowded. I was able to go directly to the Cashier, who also greeted me warmly when I came in, and I told her that I had an Online Order. She seemed a bit perplexed at first and when I saw her searching through some bags laying at a Pickup shelf near the Cash Register, I knew I was in trouble. She put my bag on the counter with an unattached receipt on top of it. I then picked it up and took a quick look inside of the bag. When she saw me going for the napkin dispenser, she then offered to put napkins in the bag for me. As soon as I felt the temperature of the bag I knew my sandwich was not hot at all. My fears were confirmed when I pulled over on my way home to take a bite. My sandwich was Lukewarm at best, but I will admit the ingredients did taste fresh. Note To Self: I Will Not Order Online Again unless I'm sitting outside because it's obvious they made my sandwich hours before I was scheduled to pick it up and threw it on a shelf. In addition, I'm rather disappointed that some locations offer Sandwiches other locations do not and at the very least, I'm not clear why Provolone Cheese is not offered here? I will give them one more chance by returning to this location again in the future. I will update this Review and Rating as appropriate asap after my next visit.”

“Customer Service is outstanding. However, the cheesecake is just okay. I've had the strawberry swirl, sweet potato, cookies and cream, and key lime. Nothing really special about them. Just taste like something is missing. Cheesecake should be sweet, especially strawberry swirl but it taste like it needs more vanilla or sugar, something is off. Price is higher than cheesecake factory and the product under delivers. I want to love this place as I love cheesecake but as it stands a bit underwhelming after all the hype.”

Clean, inviting, but not over-done. Amazing, made-to-order breakfast sandwiches with warm, non-oily potatoes! The COFFEE! OMG!! They are about to put Starbucks out of business! No fancy cups and names, just GOOD, STRONG, HOT COFFEE! I left there full and very satisfied! I stopped in again the following week to see if the food and service was just a one off, nope! Even better the second time! I had a freshly made Ginger, spinach, green smoothie and it was fantastic! The service was FLAT OUT AMAZING! The ladies behind the counter were courteous, friendly, beautiful and smiling the whole time! I sat at the table and had a cup of fresh, strong coffee while contemplating the rest of my day! Best kept secret to start your day in Oxon Hill! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!!! Worth the trip!”

“I went here for the first time very recently. I got a chance to meet Manager (Mr.) Al Green (that's his real name:) Al made me feel very respected as a Customer and person. All of the employees greeted me and treated me very nicely during my entire visit too. The store is very clean, with a very modern vibe and decor. I got a Pepperoni Pizza and a Bbq Pulled Pork Pizza. To be honest, at first, one pizza (6 squares) looked way too small to satisfy my appetite. But boy was I wrong! With every bite of fresh ingredient deliciousness I tasted, I was getting more and more full. I could not eat the entire pizza and I was very happy. I cannot wait to visit them again.”

“The food was good but the service was mediocre at best. We just left the Restaurant and the service made our evening disappointing. The waitress, the one not wearing a uniform shirt, (don’t know her name) was not attentive. I had to ask for simple things like a straw, and hunt her down for condiments. I found her to be very impatient and short, however not rude. We waited some time for our bill, When she did bring her device for payment, she tells me what the total was without presenting a bill. I had to ask her to see my bill. Why would I pay without seeing my bill first? I don’t like those devices anyway. I want to see my bill in private and tip on the service without the waitress or waiter standing over me. I did tip more than I wanted because I was a little confused with the tipping part on the device. I also put on the device for a printed receipt, however she quickly said thank you and ran off. I didn’t feel like chasing her down again. I know this place has very good reviews, food was good but disappointed with the service. Needless to say I will not be returning to that establishment.”

“Everything exceeded my expectations! Service was very good, from customer service at entrance to server at the bay. Friendly and approachable; definitely set the laid back and fun vibes. The Dave & Busters of golf, just a lot more fun and cool. Free use of clubs, with each bay getting their own set of men’s and women’s clubs. Not the best as shaft flex is very soft, but more than good enough for 99% of visitors. You CAN bring your own clubs; there are bag holders in the bay (I counted 6). Multiple simple, yet challenging and fun games. Unlimited balls is needed as you can get through a game in a matter of minutes. Food was better than I had heard about from other people. Had very good taste and texture. Alcoholic beverages are STRONG. No complaints there!”

“I stayed in DC for 4 days because of Magfest and tried various restaurants on the little island we were on. This one was by far the best out of what I tried. The servers were wonderful, the food was delicious and reasonably priced. My boyfriend and I likes it so much we went back three times! I wish they had one in Cleveland so I could continue to go! “Service was very good and fast for a high scale restaurant. Portions were generous and presented well. But the flavor was just ok. I think lots of butter, salt and garlic are the norm. This is a 50 dollar steak on your plate. It was cooked as requested medium rare but the tendons were not acceptable. Sides arrived at different times and could have been hotter. Do not like heavy sauces on steak it should stand on its own.”

“I only ate here for the breakfast, but it was worth it. The buffet changed a little every day, but there was quality there. There was enough variety there to keep the kids and adults happy. The staff was pleasant, and they were on the ball when you needed something. This is the best buy when it comes to breakfast at the hotel. The other breakfasts at the hotel were just as expensive and definitely not as tasty. This place was a bargain, comparatively speaking.”
