“I recently had the pleasure of dining at Leonesse - an Italian Kitchen and Bar, and I must say, it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and provided excellent service throughout the evening. The convenience of valet parking made our visit even more enjoyable. The highlight of our dining experience was undoubtedly the homemade Italian fare. Every dish was artfully prepared and showcased the chef's skill and passion for culinary excellence. The attention to detail was evident in every bite. One standout dish was the Berkshire Pork Tomahawk Chop "Tagliata" that my son ordered. Priced at $44, it was a true indulgence. The pork was cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful. The accompaniments of creamy polenta, fennel pollen, baby fennel, and pork jus elevated the dish to another level. As for my own choice, I opted for the Cruschi Pepper Crusted Ahi Tuna priced at $36. The presentation alone was impressive, with the tuna beautifully crusted with the flavorful pepper. The combination of sweet potato, Tuscan kale, cilantro aioli, and lime gastrique created a harmonious blend of flavors that perfectly complemented the freshness of the tuna. Overall, Leonesse exceeded our expectations. The ambiance was inviting, the staff was attentive, and the cuisine was exceptional. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a memorable Italian dining experience.”

“Stopped in here over the weekend with my boyfriend. I’ve been wanting to after seeing their Facebook posts. I absolutely love this cute little cafe! The young ladies working there were so friendly and took the time to describe all the amazing pastries they had to offer. We got some lunch, pastries, and iced coffee. The meat and spinach pies were amazing!! So flavorful. The Minnie Mouse pastry I got was a chocolate lovers dream. The iced lattes were made with real espresso, so delicious and lots of options for flavors. I can’t wait to go back!”

“Best sub sandwiches we've had in many years! They slice the meat fresh right in front of you so you know it's fresh. Just the right amount of veggies to compliment rather than overpower and the vinegar, oil, spice "sauce" is the perfect finish. Very good bread too. The service was tremendous!! Friendly and accurate. I'm a picky eater and was impressed that they listened to me about wanting NO mayo or cheese. Many places "forget" and I end up sending food back. After years of seeing Jersey Mike's commercials we're thrilled to finally have one here in Buzzards Bay!”

“Would have given 5 stars if service was good and not slow. But best lobster roll on the Cape!! Huge claw and knuckle meat little mayo which I like and on a bakery brioche roll not a hot dog roll and generous portion. If you like Key Lime pie better than a restaurant. We bought it and froze some pieces for a treat another time since 2 of us could eat the pie but have to watch those calories. What I did not like was on the website says their own fresh guacamole and tortilla chips. They do have homemade potato chips which would be good if so much salt wasn’t added but no tortilla chips and when my husband asked for their own guacamole the lady said a brand I have purchased at Stop and Shop with the company’s label on it was their home made.,That is what I mean about service. Some don’t care on top of being slow and disorganized.”

Hardly anyone offers a maple flavoring, so they get points from me! the stone was fresh with a nice crunchy crust. my only complaint might be they need to clean and freshen up the bathroom. It's dusty and the paint needs to be redone. but it's a great place and I will definitely be back!”

“This place is absolutely incredible. I came with two friends and we were able to book the igloo experience. The igloos were warm and cozy and the food and cocktails were absolutely delicious. All the employees we came in contact with were so welcoming (particularly Leon and Brandon) and I was highly impressed by the level of customer service. The resort itself has easily accessible parking. We were able to enjoy some desserts in the karaoke lounge downstairs after dinner as well and that was definitely one of the highlights of the night! The gentleman who was running the event made sure everyone participated and he was very convincing because even I went up to belt one out a duet!!! I am hoping to come back and book a room as the location is beautiful and there were so many more dishes I wanted to try.”
