“Wow! What an awesome place! My parents recently moved to Franklin so we were looking for a new place to try. Birchwood is FAB! The salads are (shockingly) good! The baked goods are fresh, the space is bright, clean and airy. The staff, a young woman that took our orders and generally serves the main room was super friendly. This place is doing it RIGHT! We will definitely be back. Try it out! If I could give it more than 5 stars I would!”

“Just started my day off in the best way…with a delicious London Fog tea and a yummy Grab & Go Breakfast Sandwich from my new favorite place, Heirloom in Weston! Picked up a cappuccino, a carrot cake scone, and some cupcakes to go! All the baked goods are made fresh and tasty. The owner, Nadia, could not be nicer and this place is worth the drive from wherever you live. Every time I go, I love whatever I have! Great atmosphere, and fantastic staff every time!”

“The Chicken sandwich with coleslaw on top and there special sauce was recommended to us. I love it! It was so tasty. Me and my husband love the sandwich and would get it everyday if we could. I have even tried their Chicken Empanada....Yummy!”

“The quality of this food is top-notch - flavorful, ethical, and accommodating to most/all diets. Love the baked goods. That they also support the local community in a meaningful way is priceless.”

“I stopped in the ‘new place’ in Cushing Square last week -- the OvenBird Café -- for one of their prepared dishes– and glad I did – it was delicious – and I was back this week. Also, I can’t say enough about the service provided by Jason and his staff – very attentive to customer requests. If you care about supporting local business and enjoying freshly prepared food – I highly recommend visiting the OvenBird Café.”

“Surprising slice of pizza. Spoke with the cashier and asked how good the pizza. He responded and said “It was the best in the state”. I would have to agree. This is a good slice of pizza on the go. This may be the only pizza I get in MA but I can say it was the best. Great and friendly service”

“Cool spot in the renovated Holyoke center. They close relatively early versus other spots in the center but this location serves a rotating selection of slushes which are outstanding. Apple cider slush is 5$ and worth it, it’s excellent.”

“We were on a quest to find the best ice cream and this is really the best!!!!! The place, the flavors and the people were a great combination. You might think it is just an antiques store but it's more than that, it's a bakery, store and a place to relax while enjoying great ice cream!!”

“Great birria tacos... Good flavor and good customer services.”

“The service in the cafe was good, not outstanding but the staff were attentive and fairly friendly. In regards to the food, they like so many American cafes don’t do poached eggs which shocks me. So, I went with the cheese omelette, which tasted good but a little heavy for me in the morning so get this maybe mid morning. All in all the cafe was good, and I recommend for a breakfast stop.”

“They are quick and easy especially online ordering. Everything is organized that's why I mess with Starbucks on the daily! Lol”

“Such a great quaint shop in a great location! Stopped by to order a sandwich to go, but decided to stay. So great to dine where the locals do!”

“I very much enjoy Tatte but this location is tough because there is nowhere to sit inside and it feels like their display doesn’t offer everything that the other places do. It’s rather strange to have one menu board behind you and you’re likely to miss all of their offerings because 1/2 the menu boards are behind your head. Despite these two issues you will still be taken care of by a great staff and still enjoy yummy and fresh food and drinks.”

“It’s in a very handy location and the baristas are always friendly and I’ve never had a problem with my order. As of my last visit, there was no seating available, which isn’t a problem - just want others to be aware.”

“Customer service is great! She is doing very well, introducing the different flavors in the menu, always smiling and with kindness. Wonderful place and delicious pastry and coffee off course!”

“This is a great location! They are new and so far so great! I’m so happy to have a Starbucks close now. Please be a decent human being and be patient as these employees learn and get used to this high traffic area. It’s a privilege, not a right to have this type of convenience. You can always make coffee at home! Rant: People needs to relax and get off their high horse when they complain about wait times. You can take your happy butt home and make your own coffee if you can’t handle a 5/10 min wait for coffee. I’ve seen people complain about the drive through taking a long time. It’s clear they don’t pay attention to anything because the drive through is pretty much always filled with people, and they have to deal with cafe and mobile orders. It takes time to make these coffees and you’d be complaining if they didn’t make it right. I just can’t stand people who are beyond ignorant and rude about food service (or any retail type job) employees taking longer than 2/3 minutes to do their job. Be grateful you have this luxury!”

“I took my partner to tavern of tales for their birthday and we had an amazing time. We did their guided game of forbiden island and then played a few games from their selection. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. The food, especially the pretzel bites, slapped! And I'd recommend their specialty cocktails enthusiastically. We will definitely visit again. Thank you!”

“Consistently every single time I come here 10/10. Whether you’re vegan or not you can hardly tell the difference because the food is just simply delicious. The coffee and espresso is also incredible. I have bought three books from here so far as well and I love the ability to find something new every time I’m here - if only I could read fast enough to keep up with the books I buy. To top it all off it’s just really really good people here. I wish I could hang out in the front window in the sun all day long!! But at that rate I’d need to start pitching in rent 😂😂 thank you Bread + Roses! My new favorite spot.”

“Love this place! I would recommend getting their fudge cookies, chocolate croissants, sourdough; honestly I've never had anything bad here. It's all delicious! So if you like baked goods, be ready to come out with loads of stuff.”

“The only good thing I can say is our waitress was very nice, but that is the extent of the compliments. The food wasn't anything great at all. I got a cheeseburger and it was just a cheeseburger. It was pretty pricey too for food that wasn't impressive. They also have their own soda. It's called soda city. It was the most disgusting thing I've ever drank. I ordered a sprite and thought the girl brought me club soda at first. When I asked for another one because I thought it was a mistake she stated that a lot of people don't like their soda. What restaurant doesn't sell Pepsi or coke? I like soda with my meal and I was so disgusted I actually went to My car and got a bottle of water. I would never go back.”

“I love this Starbucks team! They are so busy all the time, but still are so great about taking care of customers and getting to know everyone. Staff are so friendly when customers walk in and are always greeting everyone so nicely. They check in with you to make sure you haven't been waiting too long for your stuff, and if you have, they usually are able to make it right there for you! You guys are amazing!!!”

“So so so delicious. The potato, onion, mushroom, and cheese flat bread was amazing. I would go back for just that. The pecan tart and cinnamon pecan swirl roll was to die for even after being carried around all day. The place was really busy on a Sunday morning (to be expected) but the service was very quick. Def on my list of places to visit again when in Boston.”

“One of the best locations I’ve been! Clean and cozy sitting area and friendly staff. Music wasn’t obnoxiously loud, which is a big plus for me. Drinks were made just as it should be. I’d love to visit this location more!”

“What a cute gem in the North End! Amazing coffee and even more amazing service. Their fall seasonal menu is exquisite! All the syrups are made in house so you can count on an authentic cup of coffee! Marina made our coffee and she was so sweet. Will definitely be coming back.”

“SO glad to have Cafe Beatrice in the neighborhood. Their coffee, breakfast sandwiches, and creative pastries are the best in the area- by far. The salads and sandwiches are always great as well. My husband and I are here several times a week, and have never had a bad experience. Highly recommend stopping by if you are in the area. You won't regret it!”
