“We were able to watch a batch a fudge being made from start to finish and the guy was very friendly and let us sample when completed. We bought 3 different flavors and liked how they used stickers to label the different flavors; although one of the flavors was mislabeled. This was our first time visiting a buying Murdick's Fudge and would come back again. The chocolate mint was my personal favorite!”

“My family had lunch here a few weeks ago while on Mackinac Island and we're SO glad we chose this restaurant! We both got Jamaican-inspired dishes and were very impressed by our meals. “As a guest at the adjoining Lakeside Hotel, we enjoyed most of our meals here during our 2-night stay. The food was very good but also very pricey. For example the crab cakes appetizer shown in my picture were $16! The service was excellent but the dining area was very basic and in need of an update. We mostly ate here because we had a $100 voucher from the hotel. There are probably more reasonably priced options on the Island to choose from than this place.”

“A great place to eat on Mackinac Island...the food was all very delicious...try the cheese curds...as was my grilled chicken sandwich, on an onion roll. The soup of the day was a Carrot Ginger soup that was fantastic. Our server was very friendly and provided excellent service. Prices are a little higher, as you would expect on this island...but there are more expensive places too.”

“Just a wonderful experience! 10 out of 10! Yes this restaurant was expensive but few things are worth every penny. The lamb was fantastic. Perfectly seasoned and cooked. I tried both the martinis and they were so good. They have an alcohol milkshake that was very tasty. We finished with the lemon Marianne pie. So good. The service was top notch!”

“My wife doesn't eat sushi, however, she had the vegetarian roll and loved it. I also am not huge on sushi but I got the shrimp tempura (cooked) and it was amazing. So much so that a couple days later we were looking for a light lunch and ended up back here again.”
