“We're visiting Northern Michigan University and our tour guide recommended their pizza and waffle fries. We forgot about the latter suggestion but the pizza was good. Not the best pizza I've ever had but it was good. I'd definitely get it again. We also had their potato skins and their onion rings. My wife also got a garden salad. Everything was eaten by the three of us. The staff was quick, friendly and helpful. The only lower rating I gave it was for atmosphere. It is a long standing business but it does not seem at all updated.”

“What an absolutely slamming good business Togo's has! Well worth the brief wait to get our hands on these delicious subs. My husband grew up in Marquette and, while in town recently, we grabbed a couple of #15 subs. He was hoping the reality of the subs would live up to his memory of how good they were and he was 100% correct! Fresh, soft bread, quality ingredients (not too little, not too much!), and the best hot peppers ever! It was so good that we also grabbed a couple on our way out of town to keep up happily fed on the road. If in Marquette, make no mistake, this is one of the best lunch items. Grab some and go down to the park on the water. You will not be disappointed!”

“Loved the place, was having some bad asthma issues, but once inside within 20 min, I was feeling better & symptoms nearly gone, but they lost one star for noise & the multitude of bright flashing lights I guess they don't realize some people can have seizures from flashing red or white lights. While they were at a birthday party, some had to leave solely because of those flashing lights . Overall, it was fun. I can't share any photos due to kids in them & won't without parents' consent & I'm not going there.”

The bathrooms are still just as epilepsy-inducing as ever, filled with carvings of words any small child would be thrilled to learn! If you like iced coffee… what they serve here is a close comparison, which is cool and unique! Anyone who gives Hong Kong a 1-star review, doesn’t know how to really appreciate the experience!”

“We had a great dinner on the patio on our drive from northern Minnesota to Mackinac Island. Stopped at Hudsons because of their pet friendly patio where our furry little guy was served his own bowl of water by our friendly server, Kelly Sue. Bacon cheeseburger was magnificent, white fish bites were superb, as well as the cole slaw, onion rings, fries, & cold beer. Rave reviews from these Texans! Bonus: we’re staying at My Place Hotel & Lorrie Sue called to let them know we will be checking in late, so we can relax & enjoy ourselves. Great customer service! Thank you!!”

“We purchased 2 Lazy Boy recliners and an oversized chair from Household. One of the recliners had a factory mechanical defect. We brought it back the next day and within 10 minutes, Household unloaded the broken recliner and loaded a new one on our truck. Marcia and the crew were excellent to work with - highly recommend!”

“Kaitlyn S provided great service. We came in toward the end of the evening when it was still busy. She took great care of us. Ordered the make your own combo; crispy flounder and popcorn shrimp. Mashed potatoes as a side with an upgrade for $1.99 to a caesar salad side. Food was great! Endless shrimp is back and is an amazing deal! Awesome shrimp. Grilled shrimp skewer was the best. “I love Starbucks it’s my all time favorite place because the one on us 41 in Marquette is the only one I’ll go to because of bad experiences at Meijer Starbucks. But this Starbucks get’s my mom’s beverage right where the one in Meijer they goofed up the order. But the corporate one got it right on the ball. I also purchase cups too because why not? Also I really like the barista’s that work there they are top notch.”

The greeting in the drive-through made me feel as though I was meeting an old friend, even though it was the first time we had met. Me and my compatriots had no choice but to shed tears as we bit into the perfectly crafted Woopers. The tenderness of the chicken told me that the now sacrificed avian had had a wonder life life before being converted to delectable nuggets. The ice water, no doubt straight from the glaciers of Antartica, paired perfectly with the carefully salted medium fires. As we dined, we donned the limited edition “You Rule” crowns, courtesy of the gracious hands of Kevin. He truly gave us the Burger King experience, making our entire Subaru Legacy feel like a royal carriage on its way to an illustrious Kingdom. Personally, we recommend Kevin for a promotion at the bare minimum. Whoever runs Burger King should step down as CEO, as they are no doubt under qualified with such a BEAST working at this location.”

“I've been here a number of times. Once for a food event that showcased the talents of local restaurant chefs. The event was fantastic. Their beer offering is mostly ciders and sours. It's worth talking to the bartenders if you have never sampled this type of beer. They offer frozen smelted pizzas and heard recently they opened and kitchen and look forward to trying. Don't expect a run of the mill brewery, they are definitely introducing your palette to many different flavors at barrel and beam, definitely recommend trying.”

“Sat down at a high table in the bar area for lunch. I'm gluten free and was pleasantly surprised to have the best gluten free hamburger bun I've ever tried. I wasn't expecting that. It's been several years since I've eaten here and then the food seemed to be pretty standard American resturaunt fare. They've upped their game since then - better items on the menu and the 2 meals we had were pretty darn good! Their home brews, I am told, are also very good; I do remember liking them in the past before I discovered the gluten intolerance. The biggest downside was having to go track down our bill when we were ready to leave. The atmosphere was typical for a sports-type bar, fairly loud and several tv's with different things showing on each of them.”

“1/26/23- What a fantastic experience at Ishpeming Little Caesars! We placed an order for a large sausage pizza for pick up. It was ready when I entered, the cashier girl was super professional and friendly, the place was clean even with how busy they were. I went to buy two flavor dips and she let me have them instead. “A fun small bakery with a decent selection of pastries. We got there later in the day after dinner, so I’m sure there’s typically a better selection. The white chocolate dessert was delicious! A great balance of sweet and tart. We found the flavor options of macaroons to be a little unadventurous. And some of the more adventurous options weren’t all that good. Our favorite was the fig! Overall they seemed to have a lot of nice space for patrons to eat, work, or hang out with others. This was definitely a place I didn’t see being in the UP but Marquette is a great spot for it.”

“We went on an adventure after the Polar Roll and decided to try this place. I had the Brisket Mac N Cheese and it was some of the best I’ve had. The brisket was perfect! My wife had the fish and enjoyed it as well. Their menu has wide variety and it a must stop if you’re in the area.”
