“100%. Familiar Chinese American dishes that are well prepared and stuffed with fresh, perfectly cooked vegetables and all that. Add an egg roll that holds its own and you're eating very well! Fast, efficient, inexpensive and reliable. My takeout go-to!”

“Beyond good food! We had a Cudighi, BBQ pulled pork, cheese steak and a beef pasti and a pizza. Absolutely solid food, the boys and the wife were all happy and full! Only 3 tables so be prepared to order and wait in the car. But it is worth it!”

“Driving back from the Copper Harbor area and to the airport there weren't many restaurants open, but we were happy to find Sherrie's Restaurant. Sherrie, our waitress, was super nice. Cheese curds, jalapeno popper burger, philly cheese steak, banana pie, and chocolate peanut balls. It seems like a locals favorite and it was what we needed for the long road trip ahead.”

“I’m so glad there’s a locally owned bagel shop in Marquette. It’s a great place to meet friends and hang out, especially since they just remodeled! Just a tip for tourists, the wait can be kinda long when it’s busy. You can order ahead and pick it up from the drive-thru window.”

“We pulled in about 30 minutes before they were closing, and I felt so bad, but the staff was more then happy to make us food! Because we had our dogs, and we were staying at the hotel next door, we got our food to go. Breakfast for dinner! This was the best breakfast I have had in a long time. Oh and that cinnamon bread! So good! I can't wait to visit here again and get more of this good food!”

“I didn’t have a chance to take a pic of my food because it was so delicious. THE BEST FOOD TRUCK BURGER I HAVE EVER EATEN! I got a single brand with extra pickles and bacon. The pickles are so good! You can tell they are made fresh! This is a must! I placed my order online. By the time I got there it was ready! So fast and efficient! This place is a must to try! They rotate going to the breweries. Online ordering was so easy as well. Again this is the best burger in Marquette !”

“Picking up an online order was a little slow, but totally worth it and as convenient as possible with the text system. Every sauce we tried had great flavor, and the Yoop sauce was WAY more than just "mixing BBQ and Mustard together." The tenders have good flavor and stand up on their own but are pretty clearly designed as dipping vehicles. Get the super slaw! It was super fresh and delicious and the perfect salad to match with chicken tenders.”

“Such a great place for breakfast. The homeade sausage patties extremely delicious. The server was fast and friendly. The coffee refilled a lot and place full of people but didn't feel crowded. The decor is very old school but I loved it. Extremely glad we went here for breakfast on our Michigan vacation.”

“We really enjoyed this casual place with our dog on the patio. It's super dog friendly and they made him a doggy burger that we fed him while we were eating. Yummy salads and nachos... Heavy on the cheeses! We also loved our Bloody Marys which are a specialty! Very friendly staff. Highly recommended!”

“We ordered breakfast online from our hotel. Maybe we could have gotten slightly better selections in person. I had a very salty swiss cheese and ham sandwich. My wife liked her oats but they were a bit smaller than we thought they should be. They worked well with an extra side of fruit. Our drinks were quite good.”

“Wanted to try something different, and glad we tried DIGS. I got the pulled pork mini hot dogs. Exceeded my expectations, so delicious. My wife got the beef sliders and we exactly what I expected. Unique items, and great for sharing.”

“This place deserves more than five stars! It was so delicious! We started with refreshing drinks and finished with a three course dinner. The pretzel with beer cheese was divine. The salad was fresh and tasty. The main dish was soooo good!! I only wished it was closer to my house!! It is also located in an old building (bank?) that had character of itself. The restaurant decor and murals were also fabulous! Just go!!!”

“Excellent place! I have never been disappointed in the food or service. I would say this is a hidden gem of the UP. The shrimp Po Boy is amazing and lite. The seafood is always fresh and tasty. You can tell they put care into what they serve. The staff is always friendly and ensure you are well taken care of. The menu is big but you will always get something amazing!”

“What a fantastic spot! I admit I was wary going in, with the track record of historical spots that don't always live up to their reputations. I'm glad to be shown how lovely and deserving of its enduring reputation Trenary is! Incredible food that is only as complicated as it needs to be, inviting cozy interior, and staff who are friendly and helpful! I absolutely adored the lox, and the breakfast sammie on a cinnamon roll was great (add the pepper jelly!). I got their famous and delicious toast to go, of course”

“Absolutely amazing! I loved everything I ordered! My eggs 🍳 were perfectly yolky the way I like them which was a total score! Appropriate portion sizes. The milk & honey was absolute heaven! We will definitely be back to try more! Today we tried their weekend brunch menu.”

“The staff are always very friendly and helpful. The food is delicious, the drinks are marvelous and the beer is cold. What more could you ask for??? Actually, one of my favorite things is the view from either side. One side gets cool downtown building view, and one side gives you an awesome lake view.”

“Customer service was amazing. Breakfast was delicious and very affordable. I am a big fan of painted rocks and loved the collection here I wish there a was sign so you could learn the back story of why they have so many? Also bought some chocolate here which were delicious too - but less affordable. $7 for a tiny bag of non pareils was a bit steep!”

“This was a first stop 🛑 of our trip and it didn’t disappoint! The beer selection was good. The food was good. I would highly recommend the “Whitefish Chowder” the flavor of this soup will not disappoint you! JUST TRY IT! I ended up have the fish and fries. They portions were good. My picture doesn’t do it justice, as I started eating then snapped a pic. You can tell this place has some history being downtown and I always enjoy reading and looking at pictures of what it used to be. Looking for some higher quality food and cool atmosphere, I highly recommend you check this place out.”

“They were out of chips and chili rellenos. We had an odd waiter, sort of like a stepford wife. Asked for a drink menu and never got one, we took it from the next table over. The drinks and food were good. Not much on the margarita rim. They have a different red sauce. The prices were good.”

“1st time eating here, though I've lived here the majority of my life. Was a great place with excellent service. I enjoyed the fun cocktails and food options. For Marquette, I think it's a great fancy, classy place to celebrate. When compared to a bigger city, this place does a good job of keeping pace with other classy joints. However, I did find the food not as flavorful as I expected for the prices. The presentation was excellent though and the staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We sat on the patio which was a real treat, with great sights of the water and harbor.”

“Wonderful historical spot and brewery. Great salads. Hard to come by up here. Everything else is always great too. It's a classic place to visit, plus, the views of the fish and Ore Dock are Fantastic. Especially at sunset!”

“Went to The Cellar - their fixed menu restaurant downstairs of the wine bar. The Cellar was phenomenal! Small and intimate setting with dim lighting and velvet booth seating. Probably one of the most delicious courses I've had. The menu changes weekly which allows the chefs to be creative and stick to seasonal produce. Atmosphere was casual and not pretentious or stuffy at all. While we didn't have wine with every course, we enjoyed the cocktails. Great spot for a special occasion!”

“Really liked the smoky burrito. Nice and spicy, a good meal. The border salsa was killer. Wonder what makes it orange. I thought, 'why did they give me natcho sauce 😅' Really a unique restraunt! Soo good!”

“Stopped here specifically for the vegan pasties, which were hearty and so good! If you want to eat these pies on site, Irontown needs one hour to cook them for your arrival! Worth it to call ahead. Vegan crust filled with tofu, potatoes, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, nutritional yeast, onion, and garlic. They were out of the spicy vegan pasties by 1 pm. Friendly staff at this UP charming roadside restaurant!”
