“Our first time. WE got there a bit after 1:00 and very few people. They don't know the difference3 between fried and deep fat fried. I ordered chicken pita and menu said "fried." I assumed chicken strips fried on the grill. What came out was chicken breaded and deep fat fried. We didn't think the prices were that great. My chicken pita had lots of lettuce and tomato, but chicken was so / so (see above.). Fries appeared to come from bag directly to deep fat fryer. All in all, not overly impressed. 3 stars is a generous rating to me.”

“Well above average you buy and we fry restaurant. Order ahead will lessen the wait for your food. Have a couple tables and fountain drinks (Pepsi products 😝). Very large shrimp so the price of the fried shrimp is worth the cost. Cod's batter coating is just the right thickness. Hush puppies are a little over priced because how small they are and how many you get but almost as good as those legionary Long John's Silver. Will be back.”

My only complaint would honestly be the price for some of the cocktails! 19$ is insane for Royal Oak. I don’t mind paying for a good cocktail, but basically 20$ too much. Maybe in a speakeasy where they are doing fun stuff to it, but they have premixed jugs here. Only deducted a star because of that.”

“Food was not greasy and tasted fresh. I had the 8 piece of bone-in chicken wings. I had half of them with buffalo sauce and the other half with lemon pepper sauce. Let me say that the lemon pepper sauce had such a great taste. I could taste the lemon juice and the black pepper. The wings were super juicy and warm. The buffalo sauce was also a bit spicy but not overbearing. The buffalo sauce had a nice butter smooth taste to it. I've had Buffalo Wild Wings before and that places wings do not taste as good as Detroit Wings and Company. Keep up the great work. Also the service was very fast and friendly. I will keep coming back to this place in the future.”
