“First off I had my lunch inside so I will base my review off of that experience. The inside of Firehouse subs was very clean and welcoming. We had a short wait, however it was lunchtime, so it is to be expected and not a bad thing. The staff were friendly and helpful with me deciding on a sub. While waiting for my sub I was treated to a large selection of hot sauces from a scale of 1 to 10. Presumably 10 being the hottest. The scale is very off in my opinion as I am a self admitted chili head. I chose a few 10s and a few 8s and was pleased with the flavor all in all. Heat wise, I was disappointed but not enough for the loss of a star. Over all this place is amazing and I will be returning.”

“Have not been here in a few years but wanted just some sushi and hot and sour soup. Went right at noon but were seated immediately and at a table as I preferred. Many customers but it is a large place and there was much room. Passed a number of apparently satisfied customers, placed our receipts in view and got to the buffet. There were no empty food trays. The sushi was beautiful to look at and VERY cold and fresh and creative. The hot-and-sour was both and tasty. We did not use the grill but a table nearby was enjoying everything they brought from there. The desserts were very well-presented and tasty. The service at our table was superb. When we asked for something, it appeared quickly and w/a good attitude. The restrooms were very clean, a concern of ours from buffet experiences elsewhere. Our tea was flavourful and refilled by the attentive staff. None of the food trays were even low in the hour we spent there. We agreed we will return and try to show a bit more will-power. Did I mention the cost was incredibly low? It was.”

“The staff here are very friendly.I had a new spicy chicken dish which was amazing, my only complaint about my experience was the floor. The floor was not dirty, it was wet. Wet is fine, they even had signs out stating "wet floor" my issue comes with the type of wet this was, it was like an ice rink. Walking was rather comical as everyone was doing a little duck walk as not to fall down. The choice of tile without any "grip" when the floor is wet is crazy, otherwise fantastic experience.”
