“Solid family restaurant for breakfast. Nailed over medium eggs, fine hash browns but home fries were not at all browned and biscuits and gravy were rather Bland. Friendly and fairly prompt service although had to ask for a coffee refill for the notably smaller-than-average cup after several minutes empty. There is also small donut counter. Got a very tasty chocolate cream filled Long John, although the filling was a bit erratic and only in a little more than one half. All told a good value and a fine experience but will not be my very first choice in this area.”

“I absolutely love this place. We usually just come for the ice cream (happy camper and traffic cone blues are both amazing) but the food is good too. It's a super cute restaurant/ice cream shop. They have a nice set up for dining outside, inside has a cozy log cabin feel. They carry some local Michigan items...its fun to browse while waiting in line. Definitely a must do if you are visiting the nearby Arts Academy. Worth the drive over from T.C. My favorite place for ice cream, hands down.”

“Ordered a breakfast sandwich, was asked if wanted egg over easy or scrambled. I said over easy twice. Paid and left, got scrambled. Went back in and they made it correctly. Apologized for the trouble. Unfortunately the there breakfast sandwiches are not worth it not for the money or your time. Taste was average, half slice of cheese, egg and bread was good.”

“Food was good. Service was good at the front counter. Service at the food pick up was not good :( I felt like the workers were angry. My daughter never got her iced coffee. She had to asked for it before we left. I like the Panera statement of quality food. I am willing to pay for good food and it is really good food. But...every time I go into a Panera (not the same locations) the employees seem angry. That alone makes me not want to eat there. Who wants to deal with angry staff that is making question....why are they so angry???? Yikes!”

“Was decent this time. They were severely under staffed on this Friday night. There were only 3 tables when I got there with 2 other people and we were told it's going to be 15 min wait. Which was fine. Then after the 15-20 min went by they told us it was going to be another 15 min wait because they only had one cook and was understaffed. They apologized for it. I guess they have a new GM and he's trying to figure out the schedule. Well a little hint for ya, it's Friday night and you are the only place to go eat when it's 2 am or later. The ONLY place in Saginaw that is open besides Denny's. So you should have more employee's there. Other than that it was good”

“5 STARS... Been to Apple Annie's at this Gratiot location 3 times within 3 months with family and we prefer this one better than the one near us on 17 mile and Garfield. The Garfield location is good, but we all agree that the Gratiot location food is way better and has more of a tasty flavor and they not out of certain foods like the one on Garfield. Tasty food, nice potions and nice waitresses we love this place and definitely recommend it.”

“It's Krispy Kreme! All you need to know is when the Hot Now light is on you need to get one. And as far as I'm concerned they don't make another doughnut besides an original glazed one. So glad to see this one open. Inside is beautiful and the ladies working inside are terrific. ....oh yeah when the Hot Now light is on go in and watch them come out of the fryer and through the glaze. “Stopped by on my way to work. Staff is supper friendly and very helpful. Being my first time, I had them surprise me with what they loved. The stuffed breakfast bagel (chorizo sausage, egg, cheese and jalapeno). OMG, this was so amazing. Since it was a combo I went for the cookie.
