“I had to bring my daughter here for a bacteria infection. The doctors, nurses, and staff were amazing to us. However, the communication among the entire hospital was poor. Information was passed onto us several different times, it became annoying. On an occasion, I had a question about the hospital library hours and the nurse didn't even know, neither did the operator. I think mayo needs to start educating their staff on their hospital and services that are offered. That should be offered in their orientation. The nurses didn't even let us know there was activities for the children everyday.”

“This is the restaurant inside the Courtyard Marriot where we stayed for two weeks due to its location across from the St. Mary's campus Mayo Clinic. We ate here regularly out of convenience, but the staff was always welcoming, the food was good, we could watch a football game or have a glass of wine. After a long day at the hospital it was kind of like our little refuge.”

“The 6" cheese steak with mushrooms, onions and hot peppers is a solid ????????????????, but the burger bun exploded on contact making it more of a bread burger salad, slightly disappointing, especially because it took 20 minutes????. The flavor and tenderness of the burger was on point and I'm pretty sure it came with some shoulder bacon and that was a nice surprise but again it was difficult to eat after the bun crumbled on contact. Seasoned Fries 2 out of 5 stars.”

“When I signed up for the gym I was excited to see that it had this cafe attached. I don't eat here often but my last few experiences have been less than desirable. Tonight I ordered a bacon cheeseburger (which by the way, they are eliminating burgers and anything fried from the menu at the end of March 2017, just a heads up) and the bacon was BURNT. Not crispy or extra crispy. Black burnt. I tried to pick it out of the cheese but I didn't get it all. I brought it to the front and they just apologized and said they'd make me more bacon...But I had lost my appetite. So there went 12 bucks down the drain. Another time I changed my order from "for here" to "to go" and they didn't notify me when it was done so I waited at a table with my baby getting crankier by the minute only to finally go up and find out it had been behind the counter sitting for who knows how long. Also they have daily specials...But don't get your hopes up because they don't mark which ones are for "lunch" only. Was bummed I couldn't get the jumbalaya that was advertised on three different signs but apparently you're supposed to be a mind-reader to know it's only for lunch because it's not written anywhere. And the people ringing you up don't have any idea either until a manager tells them. That's pretty frustrating. Whew...So that being said. They do have some good qualities. I've enjoyed the chicken wraps. The food does take a while but besides the bacon on the burger I've enjoyed what I've tried. ”

“The staff was phenomenal. This for me is a huge part of an experience to me and I would have come back for average beer to come chat with the beer tenders. They were lovely and sociable even on a busy Saturday with live music. Thankfully the beer was divine, as was the egg plant burger & they had great steak fries as well. “Had a group of 35 people (14 volleyball players and parents) on a Friday night (10/18). I called a couple of weeks ahead of time to let them know we’d be coming. The manager let me know they’d do what they could to get us in, but couldn’t guarantee it, depending on how busy they were. We arrived at 8:30pm and our section was set up with servers ready to serve our tables. Our group was in and out in an hour and a half! Food came out hot and it all came out around the same time. They were extremely organized. Drinks were kept full and the servers were attentive and amazing!!! One of the best group experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant!!”
